“Well, the Stareater’s a massive, DANGEROUS, MALICIOUS spirit. It has no shape, it can be found ANYWHERE you look.. and it has MASSIVE JAWS that could EAT YOU UP IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT!” Ashkit then looked on at Lynxkit with wide eyes, speaking in a serious tone.
“And that’s not all.. it’s always, ALWAYS watching..” They paused for dramatic effect. “Just waiting to strike.”

Lynxkit flicked his ears nervously. "O-okay." He mumbled before slowly walking away.
"Well done," A voice called out to Ashkit. They turn to face the brown-and-grey tabby, his cold blue eyes fixated on the black kit as he began strolling forward, "That was fun to watch."

quillpaw snickers quietly, amused by quietpaw's following comment regarding their mother. it seems his siblings were divided, either brought together by the love for their parents or the resentment towards them. at least he could bond with a pawful of his siblings over that. how delightful.
one ear gives a twitch as the raiding patrol is called out. he's vaguely familiar with the clanmates called and he really questions some of his grandmother's choices. the sharp edge to her voice suggests he shouldn't speak up against it, though. his mother and father. fair enough. I'll be surprised if father doesn't spiral and explode, he remarks mentally. sleepypaw, his older sister. which alarms him..just a tad, since she is a sibling. aaannd..squirrelpaw. wasn't that mistlewhisker's other apprentice? with a glance, he manages to spot the older apprentice near the back of the crowd, scoffing lightly. she's definitely going to die out there, grandmother have mercy.
an exile? "oh my," he mumbles, faint smirk playing across his features. sounds like lynxshade got what she deserved – though the whole situation just proves that enforcers aren't any more responsible than other warriors. he already knew that, though. there's no doubt in his mind that if she's caught lingering, someone will swiftly end her.
empty enforcer spots? how interesting. the lithe tabby rolls his eyes at the mention of his father's demotion. he doesn't miss the way that quietpaw sits a little taller, shooting her a glance. he personally has no interest in being an enforcer, but he supposes that quietpaw will do well. more so than some of his other littermates.
what's this? he's going to help search for clanmates? if they're stupid enough to have not stuck with the group, perhaps we should just leave them there, he thinks. "oh, I'm sure I'll have the time of my life." he responds with a short sigh before he rises and approaches dawnstar.
