Lakekit grumbled out of sleep and decided to get up, walking her way over to Stemkit, grumbling more as she walked past the young kit, “Pathetic...” and continued to walk, pushing past the other kits with anger, and annoyance.

Echokit padded over to the corner of the nursery and lay down. She looked around, then closed her eyes, and fell asleep.

Lakekit’s fur bristled as she went over to the prey that was on the ground, thinking that one of the other kits probably got a hold of it. Silently, she picked up the prey, stealing it, her ears flat. Putting it down, she went ahead and was about to tear a piece of fish off, but then saw squirming, slimy maggots in the prey. Spiting with disgust, she whacked the prey away, her claws unsheathing and digging into the ground, “Why would a dumb cat hunt something with maggots!?”

*Rapidkit screamed they bolted to the other end of the nursery,and jumped behide Foxpaw,they pointed to amud puddle. They had a habit of screaming when there was a nasty muddpuddle of something that would get there paws and pelt dirty*

Go deal with it or something! Just get it out of my sight you Foxchild!

*Rapidkit cried,they were almost an appertince but were screaming about a mudpuddle,there fur brissled with fear*

~Foxpaw was dizzy when she saw the kit run behind and saw they were scared of mud puddle. So she got put a leaf over it and sat back down~

Echokit opened her eyes from all the racket she heard. She padded over to go eat prey and picked out a small fish. The kit took a large bite from it before realizing that the peice of prey was filled with maggots. "Ew maggots" She mewed. Echokit wondered if some of the other fish were filled with the slimy bugs also.

Quailkit hated everything. She hated RiverClan, she hated the other kits, she hated the apprentices, the elders, everyone! NOBODY understood her. Couldn't they see she was just as capable as any apprentice? Why did they insist on treating her like a shut-eyed kit? No matter that she was only three moons! That didn't mean everybody had to patronize her.

Life was so hard.
