Lighting Shade on Fire (Firepaw training thread)

Aaaaaand, she did it! She'd successfully knocked Shadeclaw off of her, and better yet, she'd gotten a hold of the stone. Yay her! Not being able to help a small smile, the red-furred she-cat took off towards the tree, but not before Shadeclaw tries to knock her down.

She just barely makes it past the warrior. Quickly jumping off to the side and out of reach from Shadeclaw, Firepaw continues to head towards the tree before finally dropping the stone at the base of it. She lets out a satisfied breath and turns to the brown tabby, panting softly and clearing out of breath.

Shadeclaw also stops, tired and proud. He doesn't say anything, but his eyes are curled in a gentle smile. He lets Firepaw catch her breath before they pad back to camp. It was ultimately up to Bramblestar whether Firepaw would get her warrior name or not, but he personally only has good things to say. Shadeclaw hopes he'll see Firepaw getting a new name soon.
