"Oh." So Meadowbee had been stung. Just a long time ago, and she probably swatted that one because she assumed bees were jerks after the incident. But hitting a bee...was...well, a good way to make it angry. Oh, well! Wildfire didn't really mind, and if Meadowbee got stung again, maybe she'd learn her lesson from the first time.
Not that Wildfire ever learned hers when it counted, because she usually didn't.
She laughed when Meadowbee crashed into the catmint. Rolling around in it was fun, and so was nibbling it until she felt a buzz rush into her head. Her chuckling grew even louder then as she turned upside-down and watched Meadowbee's frog-catching on her back.
Boy, it was funny to hear a pun fired back at her like that! Most cats hated her sense of humor. "That frog's gonna pee," Wildfire said with a snorting laugh.
Meadowbee's giggling increased with each leap, but the frog was less than happy about being chased so much. It croaked, leaped once more, and then dove into the stream's deepest channel. Blissfully unaware, Meadowbee leaped after it.
Oh her shock and surprised when the cold water splashed all over her, soaking into her fur and making her feel heavy and waterlogged. Squealing, Meadowbee scrambled back to the catmint patch, soaked to the skin. "I-I d-don't think it peed!" She chittered through her teeth and flopped to the ground, taking a stem of catmint in her teeth and chewing it. The rush was so nice!
"What's next, Wildfire?" She purred, no longer caring if her pelt was soaked anymore. It was just water! Aside from a potentially nasty cold later, it wouldn't hurt her! "Oh a butterfly!" Meadowbee gasped as the bright orange and black monarch descended onto the she-cats.

For Tiabirb (Meadowbee)
Wildfire cursed her reflexes the second she let Meadowbee leap into the deepest part of the brook. Even when blissfully running on catmint, Wildfire should have been able to get her out of there. And now she was all soaking wet. That could have gotten her sick, and Wildfire didn't like it when her friends weren't feeling well. Oh, then she'd visit Meadowbee in the Medicine Cat's den and she'd get the sickness, too!
Oh, well. That was a problem for future Wildfire and Meadowbee!
Stop catastrophizing things, Wild!
Snorting at the pun she'd made in her head, Wildfire listened to her friends' rhythmic purring as she discovered a butterfly. Wildfire knew one leap at the insect would scare it away. But she didn't particularly care for the consequences of her actions, so she took a playful swing at it and watched it panic its way into the sky.
"Oh," said Wildfire. She looked back at her soaking companion, realizing she should probably try to do something about that. Meadowbee wouldn't be able to run around all waterlogged. "Wanna stop to share tongues? Maybe we can get some of that water out!" Wildfire snorted. "You look like a drowned squirrel!"

Scampering behind Swiftpounce, the two cats entered into Pinewatch Patch. Her yellow eyes were bright with excitement as she took in the new area. The field in front of her seemed to stretch on forever, pine trees towering high above. The bubbling of the nearby stream sounded soothing to her ears.
"Hey uh Swiftpounce... do you think you could just give me a quick refresher of the hunting crouch? I obviously know it... I just wanna make sure." She asked sheepishly.

“Oh, alright.” He said, looking to the apprentice. “Crouch to the ground, like this.” He crouched. “Make sure your tail is like a stick, not waving. And make sure your belly doesn’t drag.” The white and black tom explained.
@Kunaiskrill
Gingerpaw imitated the toms crouch, making sure to follow his words of advice. Huh, this shouldn't be so hard!"Thanks Swiftpounce!" With that she dashed away, ready to provide for her clan.
--- Careful... careful... now! She leapt towards a nearby vole. She had been stalking it for a while, and was dying to sink her claws into it. After a quick nip to the back of its neck, she picked it up. Now time to go and collect the other two voles I caught and head back to Swiftpounce!

He looked to her, dashing away. He smiled, the spotted tom was happy to be teaching.

Gingerpaw plopped down her freshkill proudly, and covered them quickly with dirt. Now all she had to do was wait for Swiftpounce to return, and they could deposit their kills back in Shadowclan.

Swiftpounce stalked a mouse, then, he pounced on it, and walked back to gingerpaw.
The black litlle kit keeps walking, she is really hungry and tired, she tries to stalk a mouse but it feels her and runs away. Exausted, she drinks from the stream and and setlles down on some moss to rest.
Back at camp, Elmshadow's paws had begun to itch. His mind was buzzing and recent events had him looking forward to so many possibilities. He needed to get out. He'd decided to take a stroll around the border on his own, refreshing any markers that needed it and checking for any signs of outsider encroachment.
So far the walk had been uneventful but the air was fresh and the open space helped his mind fan out and slowly digest everything. Slowly his thoughts began to fall into place. He found a calmness.
Then he saw sunlight peaking in through the gaps of the pine trunks. He headed to it and emerged into a large clearing. The sun was warm against his pelt but the ground was soft. So he walked slowly to the small creek running through and crouched down to lap up some of the icy water.
