Goslingkit let loose a low growl of what seemed to be growing irritability. "And since when did I ever bring up hunting?" she gritted, beautiful orange eyes narrowing. "I couldn't care less if you suddenly brought back to camp a whole deer!"

Goslingkit flashed a smug grin. Pfft - what a self-absorbent butthead, thinking he could just boss around every kit in the nursery that easily and away with it that easily. Truth be told Goslingkit couldn't imagine finding herself surprised if this puny little tom thought himself the authoritarian over even the strongest warriors.

The tortoiseshell bared her teeny fangs. "If you want me to 'hush up,' you'll have to make me, uglyface!"

Goslingkit crinkled up a thin, perfect brow, tail-tio rippling downward into a poof: she wasn't beginning to like the vibes this enigmatic tom was radiating. He was weird. Weird, silent, and just... Ugh, creepy.

"S-so uhm, are you going to say anything? Or.... or are we just going to sit here like idiots?" Hopefully the "idiots" punctuation would disguise her anxious suspicion.
