ShadowClan Clearing

Smallthorn let out a small yawn as he rolled over onto his side, basking in the sun shining down into the Shadowclan clearing. He absolutely loved feeling the warmth as he looked over the bustling clan. All of the duties the clan was doing reminded him of when he was young and still supporting the clan. He often looked on at the clan because at this point, he was so old he could hardly remember what he would do in his younger days. Even though this thought constantly sat at the back of his mind, he was content with his life and he was fine with his daily routine of looking on at the clan. After all, he hated sitting in the elder's den all day, listening to whatever talkative elder wanted to tell a story that day.

ashfur walked to the prey pile dropping off prey that he had caught while meeting his mate, he hoped she would make it into the clan soon so he didnt have to be disloyal, he hoped that she was in the clan before it got to cold. while walking back to the warriors den he spotted smallthorn he regreted hurting him in there fight but what was done was done " hey smallthorn" he said trying to walk past him swift and fast,

Smallthorn jumped at the familiar sound of Ashfur's voice. "Ashfur," he stated, letting his gaze follow him. "Don't you think that we're on good terms now, Ashfur. You are not forgiven." he called after Ashfur. His stare continued to follow the tom. He shook his head. That cat was lucky that no one knew what happened between the two of them.

Smallthorn kept his intense stare. "Glad the feeling is mutual then," he scoffed. Smallthorn was surprising himself, he never acted this way towards any cats. He never had any issues with any cats, but Ashfur was just a different story. "It's like you think it's all my fault, Ashfur!" he called out again towards him, surprising himself once again. He really didn't want to seem like a bad influence on any of the younger members of the clan, but who did he care. Ashfur did bad to him, so he deserved to be called out. He decided to lower his tone from now on, so he could speak to Ashfur without the whole clan hearing.

"Of course I'm healed, that's not the point," he said in a hushed tone. "It doesn't matter what I did, what does matter is that you disrespected me and hurt me!" he exclaimed. He found himself getting too worked up, his voice getting louder. "I'm much older than you, you know. And maybe you're right, maybe I don't remember the whole thing, I'm old for Starclan's sake. But that doesn't mean I'll let you tell me what happened," he sneered. "So why don't you tell me how it is, Ashfur, tell me what happened that day," he challenged. He wasn't really expecting to revisit the situation after all of this time, but he guessed it had to be done. This wasn't something that could be ignored any longer.

" i didnt disrepect you, you where eating prey before taking it to the clan i just told you that you broke the code and told you that you should bring some back to camp." ashfur said " then you got mad so i got mad and said that you as a warrior should know that" ashfur calmed down he just wanted to sleep he was with pine for a long time last night

Laying in the snowy clearing ,Hailscratch watched his fellow clanmates like a hawk. Taking it was something he did on instinct and as a way to pass time. Tail swishing in the snow, his sharpened one of his claws and drug it into the ground. Musing over how easy it was to leave a mark on the soft surface. Whereas actual dirt was a bit tougher. His cold eyes shinning as he stared at the marks only to look back at the clan. Peace..that's what he felt,pure inner peace.

Darkpaw sat in the sea of empty faces, all so unfamiliar. She always had to realize, she never really knew that many other cats. She could recognize a few faces, but most of them were just blank and empty to her. A faint whisper resonated within her ears, "Maybe you aren't as perfect as you seem.." And it was fact. Just like everything else that they seemed to say.. but no, she wouldn't listen to them today. She'd do as Blackie had said.. tell someone and shut them out. Well.. she couldn't do the tell someone yet, but she could shut them out! Easy! The apprentice smiled as the voices started up in protest, then suddenly they fell dead silent. Silence. So odd. And such a fragile veil of fantasy. She huffed as she got to her paws, she'd make a friend today! She was sure of it! Her smile turned to a grin at the thought of making a friend again. It'd been a while since she'd made a new one.. Darkpaw looked for a cat on their own and spotted one (*happens to be Hailscratch pFF*), she approached them with her usual grin. "Hi!" She seemed to radiate joy and friendliness, which she wished she didn't all the time. Some cats.. didn't like that. She hoped this one was okay with her.. clinginess. A voice made its way back into her head and it whispered what she didn't want to hear. And it was suddenly truth. No, no. Remember what Blackie said. It's not true! They can't hurt you.. And just like that, the voice was cut quiet. Silence. Perfect.

His ears perked up at this only to turn his attention to the youngin. He gave a small smile at her only to swish his tail in greeting. "Hello little one. What brings you over?" Sometimes younger cats were intimidated by his few scars and just cold look in general. So he was surprised that someone walked up to him. Quite the ray of sunshine aren't you? he could use some of that for a change .
