Oh thank Starclan! Dawnstar wouldn't kill her yet! "Dreamcloud? We should get started now." Hunting was something she could do pretty well. She had even brought down a crow yesterday just before it took off.
Hearing about Icepaw, Scorchstrike hid the look of horror on her face. Dawnstar seemed to be getting more ruthless! Scorch was hesitant but ready to kill cats, but apprentices? That was a big no no in her moral code. I've got a plan...If I keep my head down and do what I'm told, I should be fine. And starting with doing what I'm told...What should I teach them first? There are mentors who taught their apprentices absolutely nothing, and apps who are almost ready to become warriors. Maybe Dreamcloud and I should separate them based on knowledge?

Moonpaw Nearly rammed herself into EagleClaws side. Was this cat insane? She may be a rouge but it seemed she was more loyal than this pice of fox dung. "Eagleclaw, something must be wrong with your hearing because Dawnstar plainly said it! SHE WILL KILL. So stop acting like a winy kit and start acting like a Shadowclan warrior, unless you want you and icepaw to die.

@Undertaker "Dawnstar may I chase after him? He might tell things about shadowclan to the other clans." Moonpaw mewed. Usually, she was calm and relatively quiet, but when people are rude and get away with it... it really got her mad. She lashed her tail in anger. Did these cats have no idea what was waiting for her outside the clan territory? She nearly died getting in and these clanborns think that they can just say whatever?

Marigoldpaw felt a jolt of panic....no fear as Adderfang volunteered. Yet soon it was replaced by determination and the golden she-cats eyes hardened. Dawnstar wanted her to become a warrior? Well then she would! She’d become one in record time! Then she’d help make Shadowclan strong again. She’d help get her clan out of the ditch they’d fallen into. Yes she would.

The next words that came out of Dawnstar’s mouth didn’t faze her as much and she kept her head high. Her body was stiff and her face betrayed no emotion. That was how a true Shadowclan cat acted. Strong. Fearless. Ruthless. Merciless .

Finchwhisker would've been content working alongside Scorchstrike, but of course, he didn't always get what he wanted. However, he didn't dare make a peep in protest. Those kinds of actions could only lead to a gruesome fate. He'd simply have to accept the fact and get to work planning with Doetuft, even if it killed him. Literally. Despite all that, he did understand the benefit of having a cat who lived in darkness helping out with this. Perhaps he'd have to speak to her after this meeting about holding the first training session in the next couple of days. Maybe one mass session with all the apprentices first, and then breaking off into smaller groups later--

His thoughts were interrupted by all the commotion going on. He hadn't really been paying attention to it before, but now it was clear that these cats had a death wish. Rolling his eyes, the deputy couldn't help but smirk at all the idiots trying to protest against this, when it wasn't even a bad idea to begin with. At least Icepaw had the smarts to get out of there before it was too late, but Eagleclaw definitely had it coming for him.
