Beetlekit smiled. "I don't want to worry about how my fighting abilties are like yet...I feel like I'd be a better nursery visitor, just like you!" She mewed, her mind filling with thoughts of how awesome of a mother and a "nursery visitor" in her own words she was. Beetlekit's tail wagged with the excitement of growing up. Though, due to her age, she was quite naive and didn't understand the complexities of being a warrior. None of that matters, though. Beetlekit is still young after all and she will soon grow up to be the warrior she wants to be. "Being a warrior is going to be an amazing thing!" She exclaimed. @Luna16

Embercloud purred and nodded. "You don't have to worry about your skills yet, little one. You'll be fantastic, and the clan will be lucky to have you." Having such a young cat want to aspire to be like her, Embercloud wasn't quite sure how to put into words what that feeling was like. "When you're an apprentice, most of your duties will be helping queens and elders. So you'll get good experience from that." She meowed, already picturing Beetlekit as an eager apprentice checking in on the nursery.

Then she had a thought. "What scares you the most about talking to other cats, Beetlekit?" She asked gently. She remembered Beetlekit mentioning her timidness before, and wanted to see what the cause was so she could try to help her work at it. Embercloud herself knew how difficult and frightening social interactions can be, but her anxieties might be different from Beetlekit's anxieties. So she wanted to understand what they were.

"I think what scares me the most is that they'll think I'm weird for staring at rocks or something..." Beetlekit did not the thought or idea of being judged, it was too saddening for her to fathom it. "I don't want to be weird, but I don't want to stop liking rocks! Plus, they might think I'm weird because I don't talk to them very much..." She was a rather introverted kit. While most of them played moss ball or pretended to be leaders, she was the one who would observe and look over things as they are happening, only wanting to intervene when she felt it was most important. @Luna16

Embercloud purred to try and comfort Beetlekit. "If a cat doesn't share your interests, that's okay." She meowed softly. "Everycat is different. I don't want you to stop liking rocks either! When you're an apprentice and able to leave the camp, I want you to bring me any interesting rocks you want to share with me." She purred. "It can sometimes be hard to know what to say to others. Maybe just try being honest with them?" She suggested.

Embercloud tried to remember what it was like being a kit, but she always had Frostedheart with her. As kits they also had Forestkit and Marshpaw, but...well, she didn't want her thoughts to go there. "Maybe if the other kits saw you playing a game they'd know you share a common interest, and want to join in." She mewed. "What do you think of that?"

The kit lays down in his nest like always the small tom looks around before just laying his head on his paws. He wished he had some friends, though he knew most kits' names he never really had the confidence to go play with all of them. maybe one day he will. He smiles to himself, before sitting up and pawing at his moss nest to make it a tad more fluffy for sleeping, he slept a lot. He knew that. But he didn't mind. He just hoped he never worried any of the queens. Letting out a soft small sigh he curls back up on his nest.

I think that would be cool...I will definitely bring you some cool rocks! I also love leaves, mostly the ones that come during leaf-fall!" Beetlekit replied, her thoughts wandering to the games that kits like to play."Maybe the other kits will share my interests too! Moss ball is the game that they like to play...Maybe I will play it too!" She mewed happily, wondering how they would react to a kit who likes rocks and plants. "Perhaps they will like me if I showed them some cool stuff..." @Luna16

Embercloud purred and smiled. "I'll look forward to what you bring me!" She purred. Embercloud touched her nose to Beetlekit's forehead warmly. She then kept her head at Beetlekit's level and lowered her voice, angling her ears at the other kits who were hanging around in the nursery bored. "What about them?" She asked, referring to Moonkit and Lightningkit. "Think you might wanna try playing with them?" She blinked encouragingly at Beetlekit, but her gentle gaze also let her know that Embercloud would not push her to do something she did not want to do.

Mosskit crouched down as she swiped at the moss ball a smile on her face. Now this was fun maybe later they could play clan with Mosskit as leader of course.
