Wildkit was curled up in her nest thinking about what life would be like if she had a mom. When she was looking around the den another kit had caught her eye. Wildkit very slowly and nervously walked up to the other kit. " Hi my name is Wildkit, but you can call me Wild. Do you want to be friends, or hang out?" She said nervously. @hiraeth

Wildkit sat in a corner looking around the nursery for at least one of her friends. Then she saw Mosquitokit. She walked up to him with excitement. " Hey want to go on a walk with me? I know we haven't talked in a while." She said trying to remember the last time they had hung out. @dagnyme

Mosquitokit peeked up from his nest, bat-ears perked. Oh!

"We haven't!" He agreed, propping himself up with a little stretch. "We haven't...oh, so that means—Wildkit, can I ask ya some stuff?" Nothing in particular, it's just that he's gotten much better at talking comfortably, so now he wants to use that new prowess to interview an old friend. "Nothin' weird, swear. I jus' realized I didn't...I mean, I haven't...I mean—"

Look: he's better at the talking stuff, not great at it.

"IdunnomuchaboutchasoIwannaaskmyQUESTIONS," he gets out in a huff, frustrated by his own fumbling. And then bashful—that was...stupid to do. Stars, weird-orange-friend is going to think he's lost it. Mosquitokit wriggles out of his nest. "While we walk. If that's okay."

Wildkit let out a laugh. " Of course you can ask me some questions! Im not laughing at you.... well I am but not in a bad way its just funny how you went from a really nervous kit to well... your not so nervous any more. As you can probably tell I stutter a lot too. So were do you want to go?" She mewed with a smile. @dagnyme
( Wildkit has anxiety now so she doesn't really talk to strangers or she gets nervous)

"Yess okay. M'kay." He took a short breath, straighthening up. "Um. Was I nervous? Huh." Oh, Mosquitokit's not sure who he's kidding—of course he was. Still is too, of course, but it's easier with someone he's known for a while. Wildkit's safe, and he gets a sense she's sometimes about as nervous as he is, which makes things easier he thinks. He hopes.

"W-We can uh, uhmm," he frowns. Where to? The clearing, probably. That's nearly the only place a kit can go. "We can walk around here first. An' then outside, an' maybe the elders' den...?" Mosquitokit offers tentatively.

"Um. Okay. Do you like talking to other cats?"
