As Eveningdance leaned down to nuzzle the little kitten, she promptly leaned into the sign of affection, a high-pitched and soft purr erupting from her chest. She grinned, happy to be spending this with pap, and the kitten’s smile only grew wider when teeth clamped around her scruff and she got lifted up high, high into the air! “Weeeeeeeeeeee!!!!”
Giggled the patched tabby, her paws purposefully swaying left and right until she was gently on her father’s back, Poppykit nuzzling into his soft fur. Her eyes briefly closed, her heart racing from the excitement of trying new prey when pap spoke again. Warm hazel eyes revealed themselves again, her head shot up – though she remained comfortably lying on his back. “Pap take Poppy out!”
Poppykit squealed with delight, hoping he’d take her somewhere cool.
Poppykit was still lying comfortably on her father’s back when she took notice of Acornkit joining the fray. Happy to see her sister, she waved a delighted paw from up high - nearly losing balance and falling down – though a kit little claw into her father’s fur saved her the trouble. Once again secure on his back, she popped her head up above his head, looking down at Acornkit curiously. “Bumblystar?”
She questioned with a raise of her eyebrow, head tilting sideways until laughter finally erupted from her throat. “Bumblystar! Bumblystar!”
She giggled, amused by the nickname. “Poppy think you as strong as Bumblystar!”
She squealed towards Acornkit, paws slowly drifting from their father’s back to his head so she could prop herself up.
Everything wobbled when the father sat down; paws clamping around the fur so she wouldn’t stumble off, Poppykit giggled at the sudden movement. Oh, how she loved badger rides! Pap spoke, but the words went right over Poppykit’s head – they weren’t addressed at her, after all, and she was far too occupied with what Plumkit was doing with the tail. Curiously her eyes fixated on the fluffy piece of fur as plumkit manoeuvred around with it, eyes flitting up to Pap’s head when he explained there wasn’t much of anything on it: but it looked so fluffy! Poppykit pouted. Not only had Plumkit gotten the tail before her, but when Eelkit came and ‘attacked’ the pap, she realised she was getting completely ignored! Or at least, that’s how it felt to her – she wanted to be spoken to, too! So, scrambling closer to her father’s ears while she eyed her siblings with curiosity, she leaned down a whispered to her pap: “pssst, pap, pap! Poppy like pap. Pap like Poppy too?”

Standing in front of the nursery only felt like she was approaching an old friend; an old friend that she swore that she would never see again in her path. Muscles clenched and throat tight, Springpaw helplessly stood in front of the place that she despised seeing for so long after dealing with a childhood that she wished to never look back upon again. Memories warped through her mind like old cassettes on those nineteenth century TVs, crackling and hissing as the audio played through its old speakers. The vibrant colors of the fall leaves slowly helped ease her troubled mind as Springpaw felt her paws forcefully press further down onto the coarse soil, regret slipping through her system as easily as snakeskin.
God, why was the nursery such a place that she despised to stand in front of? Why was such a question so hard to answer, yet easy to ask? Her eyes fluttered and her lips pursed, her tail whisking uncomfortably as her paws subconsciously entered the narrowed den. The heavy scent of young kits overflooded her nostrils and random voices flooded her ears, her lips pursed as her head kept itself held high to further enter the den. She had to keep herself together. She couldn’t just simply break down in the midst of the den all because it reminded her of an old memory that she wished never ceased to exist in the first place. Words helplessly clamped onto her throat, and her bushy tail swished from side to side, trying to ease her thrummeting fears and anxiety.
“Any kits in here that are feeling sick? I’ll be able to help if needed,” her voice slipped past her lips like butter, yet it sounded like her throat was stuck in wires. Springpaw held back the unbearable embarrassment that flourished through her veins, her body itching to run out of the den to escape the second-hand embarrassment that was looming over her body by every passing second. Was she going to embarrass herself? Probably. Was no one sick? Hopefully. The clan didn’t need any potential issues of whitecough or greencough this early into leaf-fall, then ThunderClan would be down to some real trouble if that were the case
open to any kits/queens!
Poppykit was sleeping. Sleeping very, very deeply – or at least, that’s what she was trying to do. But unfortunately, today wasn’t her day. The brittle-looking kitten, thin for her age, was having a rather hard time breathing, the sounds of her heavy breaths filling the nursery as she had met a great dilemma: her nose was stuffed (maybe the first signs of a cold? She always had been one to easily get sick).
So when a gentle-looking feline popped her head into the den, offering to ‘help’ – a term Poppykit had recently learned of – her attention drifted from trying to sleep to that specific she-cat. She didn’t exactly know the feline, but the hazel eyes of the two-moon old, sniffling and all, lifted to look at her with a curious air. Help. Maybe she could help?
Looking at her mother and siblings, all presumably sleeping, Poppykit didn’t want to wake them. So this time she was extra careful not to step on any of them as she tried to manoeuvre out of the nest. Luckily, she lay at the edge this time, and she could easily slip out and fall to the ground. Lifting her head, she gave it a little shake which the patched tabby quickly regretted, realising it only made her vision blur and dizziness bullied her mind. Luckily it quickly vanished, and she was able to begin her journey towards Springpaw.
Being young as she was, and with the ailment she was still unaware of, this was a particular challenge for Poppykit to do before Springpaw could leave. Even so, moments after getting up, although her legs were particularly stubborn, she began to make her way closer to the medicine cat apprentice. She fell a few times, tripping over her own paws or simply losing balance, drifting sideways before falling to the ground. But as always, the determined kitten would get back up (this time not shaking her head – she remembered!) and continue her path.
“Miss, miss – Poppy no breath! Miss help Poppy?”
She was being polite, as her mother had taught her. As she finally got close enough to Springpaw, she called out before the feline could leave, promptly falling over the moment she took her last step. She sat up, speaking with a nasal tone to the feline, warm hazel eyes looking straight at the feline hoping she could help.

Blizzardkit was in a corner. That was where is nest was.being a kit
with no mother made them feel like a...like a outcast! He sighed. He padded over to the entrance of the nursery. He licked his fuzzy little chest. He stretched. He sighed again. He walked to his nest with heavy shoulders. He curled up and slept.

A snag of brief appreciation rushed throughout the calico from the mere lack of attention that was bore from her single call throughout the nursery. It had almost seemed that nobody was sick at all—or, at least in her case, mainly everybody was healthy. Well, it wasn’t like she had decided to come along prepared for the worst if that was going to be the worst case scenario, but at least it was seemingly not going to be much of a bothersome situation, right? Wel, that would’ve been the case until the young calico had heard the sound of a young kit stirring; stirring from their nest and the tiny sounds of paws scampering towards the entrance was more than enough to grab her attention. Whipping her head around, the calico focused towards the small bundle of fur that padded up towards her, pursing her lips against the little request that escaped her incomer.
Well, it seemed that someone was indeed falling a little ill, but it was better than nothing she supposed, right? If it was just a common chill, then there shouldn’t be much to worry about. But, even with such thoughts in mind, her little patient was still at the initial risk of potentially developing greencough if her little chills didn't get fixed up. “Well, Poppykit, how about we go see what is causing all of those problems for you, then. Why don’t you follow me into the medicine den and I’ll give you an extra, special treatment inside there. Is that alright?” She gave the young kit a inquisitive look as she awaited her little patient's response. Will she complain? Will she agree? She’ll never know.
@Estelle [sorry about the crappy response, was hoping to get this out asap]

Bristlepaw entered the nursery not sure whether she is allowed or not, she searches for mothkit, she wanted to give this flower crown she made at firefly cove to her, mothkit! she calls out, waiting for a response
(I know I didn't tell you abt this small roleplay, so if you don't want to do it, it's totally ok!)
the pretty fluffy white she kit jumped when the kitten yelled her name. Turning around she was met with another kitten who was bringing her a flower crown? Where she got the flowers this late into the colder season was beyond her however curiosity got the better of her. Blue eyes sparkled as she trotted over to greet leafkit. Hello! I’m here! she purred with kindness

Hi! She meowed, I was at the Firefly cove after my training session so I thought I might as well make something for you! She grinned, hope you like it!
SpringTear would walk into the nursery scowling in pain as she was carrying very heavy kits in her stomach from GoldenDawn.
"Ow ow owwww this is the worst pain ever for being a first time mother and Freaking Goldendawn had to do this to me.".
GoldenDawn would walk in seeing SpringTear in pain knowing she rather be selected for a Hunting patrol then have 2 Kits right now.
"Im sorry Springtear but your my mate and I was instructed to do my yearly mate with you hopefully it will be a nice quick 2!"
Springtear looked up and saw him and realized how bad he really had felt about making her a pregnant cat for the first time since being a New Queen.
"Goldendawn its not your fault we all have to have our kits when we become Queens but these two are annoying the heck out of me".Springtear said
She would start to push to get the first kit out and she was informand it was feamle ginger with a tuxedo pattern who she would soon to same Jaypaw.
"OMG SPRINGTEAR SHE IS ADORABlE"Goldendawn exclamed!
"Good ok one more I can do this!!"Springtear screeched.
She started pushing out the other kit who already felt bigger, the kit was another she-cat with dark grey and a tuxedo pattern like the last also with dark blue eyes who she lead to call Skypaw.
"Ok thats it no more kits till next fall"Springtear spilled out in relief.
