Goatscrunch looked like he was sleeping in a loafed position, his head tipped slightly forward and his eyes near-shut.

Beachkit peeked into the elders' den and scanned the premises before his gaze landed on Goatscrunch. Perfect. He was feeling a little out-of-sorts having just come from... a conversation with his mother and, well, he didn't know who else to turn to. His mama had acted like it was some big unveiling of a Shameful Secret and he was at a loss, because he didn't get it. Unanswered questions nagged him, so he'd nag Goatscrunch.

Approaching, he hissed and scrambled back in surprise when his paw nearly landed atop a SPIDER crawling dangerously toward the elder. OH NO! "Goatscrunch, watch out!"

Goatscrunch jerked his head up. He hadn't anticipated visitors and was visibly startled by the baby, tail puffed. "Ehhh?????" Oh, that spider. Goatscrunch had been watchin' it for a solid moment before the kid came in. "Only pest 'round is ya!! Whatcha doin', tryna kill me??"
