Surgestorm walked quickly, but still slow enough that Featherkit, with her short legs, could keep up. His thoughts were elsewhere at the moment, thinking about the prophecy that StarClan had sent to the clans so many moons ago. Is it beginning? He looked up at the smoke-filled sky, but was snapped out of his thoughts by Featherkit. The medicine cat looked at her, admiring how innocent a kitten could be for a moment. "Hopefully," He meowed, trying to still be reassuring. It was his job to keep her from being scared in this dangerous situation, he had saved her and would look out for her until he found her family. However, he couldn't help himself from his own thoughts. A fire is never satisfied, not until it has eaten everything it can get it's paws on... A chill ran down his spine, and he carefully picked up the pace a bit.

Featherkit nodded at his response. She could tell he was thinking hard, so she didn't say more, not wanting to annoy him. He had already saved her once, and she knew she would have to find or do something to repay him. She walked quickly, so that Surgestorm wouldn't have to slow down for her. Once they had left the clearing, Featherkit's eyes were wide as she looked round, never having left the clearing before, as it was against the rules, the whole time wondering about the other clans. I wonder if the fire already ate them all and now it's coming for us, she thought in worry. She finally asked one more question after a few minutes of silence."What happens to a clan if all the Medicine Cat's herbs burn?" She asked him.

Morningbreeze ran around the clearing, passing in front of every den, peeking inside, and going on to the next. His ginger and white pelt shaking at the idea of being eaten whole by the fiery heat that was fire. It was already nearing the camp, there was no more time to waste. He did a last round around the dens. "Apprentice ... clear!" he shouted for the rest of the panicked clan to hear. He then headed to the warrior's den, and peered inside, smoke still getting closer and closer. "Warriors ..." some cats were still inside. Let's GO already! No time to waste!" he shouted as he left the den, heading to the next.

He was heading to the warrior's den when he head a kit whail. He turned to them quickly. "Head to the beach! Here." He grabbed cinderkit and headed towards the front entrance of the windclan camp. You two will get nowhere at this rate." he mumbled with cinderkit in his grasp. He left the camp and went a little away from the chaos. He trusted the other warriors to double check the dens for him. You kits okay?" he asked through cinderkit's fur.

Blackice ran over to the cats."Shinepaw! Shinepaw!" he hissed. Featherheart raced foreword, tripping on a rock. Dovekit fell of her back, she licked him and set him back. She needed help, or her kits wouldn't make it...

"I'll carry you. Let's go." he told the kit. He beckoned pinekit to follow closely, following the line of warriors that were with him and already escorting the others to the beach. This was a disaster, but they would rise again. It wasn't the first time windclan was destroyed and rebuild in a few days. But then again, as long as the clan members stayed alive, windclan could never be destroyed.

At the beach Cinderkit lay there his breathing heavy.

Rabbitpaw skidded out of the apprentices den, her fur fluffed up. The she cat looked around frantically "fire! Is everyone out?!" She asked as she began to run through the clearing, to the beach.

Dovecloud looked around for her mate "gorsefeather?! Gorsefeather!" She called, her head flicking back and fourth. The silver she cat coughed and began to stumble as she tried to make her way to the beach.

Featherheart walked foreword. Two kits dangled for her jaws, another on her back. "Help!" She called.
Blackice saw rabbitpaw."Are you okay?" He asked. He walked foreword."We have to go, can you walk?" He purred.
