Brutus padded forward noticing the scar of the new crown, she didn't speak to him when he came back it was probably for the better The white and red crown had looked exhausted from the whole experience so she kept quiet and would mention it later to him.
Brutus sat below the spire wrapping her tail around her paws.

Silently, Camilla gathered as Ares voice rang out the clearing. Squinting, she could make out the blurry mark of a fresh scar across his shoulder, it's distinct x shape standing out to her. So...he'd been accepted. Ares was truly the new crown..wow. She just hoped he would last long enough so the Atari could exterminate the horrid beast that had taunted them for so long. Tail swishing, she sat back on her haunches and waited for news, either good or bad.

Why couldn’t she sleep? This was a question she didn’t know how to answer. Wobbling into the clearing, she looked at the gathering cats, and then looked up at the large tomcat. She could see a wide scar across his shoulder, a ‘X’! She had remembered that only Crowns have it!
But she still longed to sleep.

The elegant lady stepped out from the underground nursery watching as Wisp bounded ahead of her, she couldn't help but notice the little she-kit wobbling it was late perhaps she should be sent back to bed. "Wisp darling wouldn't be nice if you headed back to sleep. It's awfully late and I know you must be ready to hit the hay again." Kits needed a lot of sleep in order to grow and it wouldn't hurt to let Wisp catch a couple more 'z's. Her head raised to sweep across the growing crowd, leading the gathering was Ares with a fresh 'x' scar on his shoulder. The new leadership had been finalized. And she couldn't help but think he had some big changes for their tribe.

She sat next to Brutus while turning back to look at the kit. Acknowledging the cat next to her she nodded with a smile, the two weren't the closets but Eirene thought of them as acquaintances after all tribemates must get along?

”Yah..” Now that she though of it, she was getting a bit sleepy. Zoning out wouldn’t help her with anything, really.
She slowly returned to the nursery, snuggling up by herself

She padded forward. trying to get into a comfortable position she sat down. Her attention turned to their new Crown. She quickly noticed Ares' new scar. Did it hurt? She pushed the thought aside.

The she-cat chuckled flicking her tail with amusement, "Lucky for me there are few, the nursery will probably be all cleared out before winter hits." The statement both filled her with sadness and pride, soon the kits would grow and leave the den but they would also be a testament to her hard work. "But who can get upset for so long with the little darlings?"
