Amber narrowed her eyes. "They are forcing a war. They want us to storm right into their camp..." She growled then looked back towards him. "Do you know if it was just one pack? Or could there have been more? We need to know if the two packs are teaming up..."

Sunset sat there, letting the wind blow around her fur, and rustle the leaves that surrounded her. The grass that waved around her resting body tickled her, and she wished that she could just stay like that forever, in peace.

However her eyes opened, now realizing that she didn't know how long she had been there, and was too exhausted to try and figure it out. Instead, she got lost in her thoughts as she stared at a bush.

Sage looked to Navy. "I wonder when they will let us go...we really must be on our way. We do not even know how long of a trip we got until we find what we are supposed to find..." He sounded worried. Pretty worried.

Shadow didn't want to, but tried his best to remember the wolves there. "It was just one pack. I don't know which one though." He answered.

Navy sighed. "They keep looking at me. " He said watching them as they walked through. "Thry might wait until my leg is fully healed. "

Amber sat in silence for a few minutes. After what seemed to be like an enternity she began to speak. “I’ll bring you to the border with each pack. Do you think you will remember the scent?” Her tone was low and she seemed tense. Things had seemed to be clicking into place, but in all the wrong ways.

Sage growled in annoyance. He understood why they should stay but he felt weird. Something didn’t feel right, yet he kept his thoughts to himself. “Yes i guess that is so...but I still do not know where we are.”

Amber nodded “Then lets go. We have no time to waste.” She stood up and began to padd out of the den. “Is there anything you wish to do before? Have you eaten at all?” She asked though she seemed ready to go and investigate.

”No...” He began “No don’t be. It’s my fault for wanting to take the short cut.” He shook his head. “And i don’t want you to put a lot of stress on your leg if your not ready to walk yet.”

”Alright we will head out towards [enter pack name here] first...out of the two of them they are less hostile.” Amber then began to pad out of camp, ignoring the questioning glances from wolves around her.

Sage gave him a skeptical look. “Walk around for a bit in here then. I want to see how you can manage.” He nudged him to get up and backed away a bit to give him room to walk around.

After a couple minutes of walking they reached the first boarder. “Does this smell familiar? Are they the ones who attacked us?” Her voice was hushed as she was hid in some bushes.

Sunset heard some rustling and immediately recognized Shadow’s and Amber’s scent. Immediately a emotion of boiling range spread throughout her, followed shortly by a sense of betrayal and sadness. She got up and figured she would follow their scent back to camp.

A while later she finally found camp and made note of the layout of the land. She took a deep breath and walked into camp with her head high. Sunset then walked up to Taka. “Where were Amber and Shadow going?”

Sage narrowed his eyes. “Fine.” He got up and found a small opening in the den and pawed at it till it opened. “You first.”
