Ashfrost freezes, eyes widening in shock. His jaw drop open, heart thudding in his chest. "K-Kits? You're expecting kits??"

"yes, but it seems your not exited about having kits" she says as she gets up slowly and starts padding out of the den hoping he follows

Ashcloud scrambles after her, running in front of Rosethorn to stop her in her tracks. His eyes were glowing with happiness now, and his voice was an octave higher in his joy. "Excited? I'm thrilled!! I'm going to be a father!" The tom bounces around on his toes, tail waving around like an ecstatic kit going around the camp for the first time.

"ok im glad, because im having them now, but i want to do it in the woods so there first look is you, me, and the nature around us" she said as she headed out of camp into a area she made to have kits at the back of the nursery,

as she was giving birth to the kits she has birth to 4 kits, 2 strong toms, and 2 adorable she-cats

Ashfrost watches in awe as his kits were born, his heart swelling with emotion. He felt choked up as he gazed upon his mate and newborn children, two handsome toms and two beautiful she-kits. Crouching by his mate's side, he breathes in the sweet milky scent of his kits, and a burst of pride blooms throughout him. Giving Rosethorn a firm lick on her forehead, he murmurs softly, "So... what do you want to name them?"

"i want to name the 2 toms dustkit and littlekit and the 2 she-kits, leafkit and sunningkit, i hope you like there names"she said as she picked up 2 and walked into the nursery laying down the crying kits as she grabbed the other 2 and then layed down with the 4 of them."you should go tell your sister the news, i bet she would be thrilled but lick there heads fist so they know who there father is" she said as she rested her head as they began to succle

Ashfrost lights up at the mention of his sister, thick tail curling up with glee. Leaning over, he gives each one of his kits a gentle lick on their heads, purring when Dustkit pawed at his muzzle. With a final lick to his mate's ears, he trots out of the den, tail kinked over his back. Quickly spotting Dawncloud next to the fresh-kill, Ash prances towards his sister, joy in his heart.

Dawncloud spots Ashfrost coming towards her, and mrrows in amusement. 'He looks like a newly named apprentice.' Light blue eyes sparkling with affection for her older littermate, the cream colored she-cat waits for Ashfrost to come to a complete stop before inquiring why he was in such a state. After the news of the newly born kits, Dawncloud looks equally pleased, her expression beaming with happiness. She butts her head against Ash's shoulder, telling him to get some water for Rosethorn before padding towards the nursery. She calls out, wanting to know if she was allowed to enter. "Rosethorn? I heard the news from Ashfrost, and I was wondering if I can see the new kits."
