Wolfcry jumped and turned her one eye on the tom. She limped back away from him slowly, her eye dimmed with fear. "Wh--who are you." she meowed.

" Sorry miss. I'm Cal or Calhoun. Whichever you wish to call me. I mean no harm to you. I saw you were limping and wanted to see if there was any way I could help. "
* He mewed with a soft and quiet tone. His voice could have been much rougher, but he could tell she need to be assured she was in no danger. *
" What's your name. If I may ask. "

Wolfcry looked at the tom, not taking her one eye off of him. "Wolfcry..." she meowed, finally answering his question. "And I'm okay....just need to rest...." she said as she started to trail off. 'His name is kinda odd' she thought. She knew there was kittypets....but this didn't look like a kitty pet.

" I have a place to rest. It's not far. Would it be alright if I helped you there? "
* He mewed. He did not want to disturb such a pretty she-cat. *

Wolfcry looked at him, hesitating for a minute the nodded. "Yes...thank you." she said. He seemed nice, so I guess she could trust this cat named Calhoun. She slowly moved toward him.

* He moved over next to her and used his body to support hers. He guided her to a small badger set and set her down inside. He looked outside and then sat down on the other side. *
" I'm assuming you're from one of those clans? "

Wolfcry was grateful for the tom, once he helped her settle down inside the small badger set. She turned her one eye on him. "Ahh....yea....I'm from... Windclan...." she said as she trailed off.

Wolfcry turned her eyes on him. "You know the way to Winclan?" she asked. "How?" she tilted her head, she didn't know how a stray...or a kittypet could even know where Windclan was.
