Now THAT got Berrypaw's attention. "Sneak out?" she lowered her voice to a whisper. "Where would we go to? And how would we not get caught?"

Actually, Stormpaw didn't know how they would sneak out without getting caught. But he didn't say so. Instead he said, Well, where do you want to go?

Doubt prickled in Stormpaw's eyes, but he nodded reasurringly. Yeah, that would be so cool! We should try it! He said, a little loudly.

Whitepaw, the deaf apprentice, ran into the den and got in his nest, promptly covering his eyes as what he had just seen replayed in his mind.
