Meadow rolled her eyes, he said that now. "Sure, and what battle do you plan to die in? Killing is against the warrior code, unless it's necessary (I think)." She mewed.

Yewpaw replied," I want to die in one as a warrior with the DS or Thunderclan, and I know that. That's why when i'm like suppose to be an elder and can't fight well they'll fight me and injury me easily then I'll fight another one who just slashes me and I'll be dead, so it won't be there fault, but I'll be honored.

She did have to admit, the logic was sound. "Okay, but how do you know you're going to be honored? What if they bury you and only your kin remember after a few moons?" She said, her tail twitching.

Woodpeckerflight slowly walked out of the warriors den, her cheeks burning from her tears. She looked up at the highrock and sighed, dragging her feet across the ground over to the fresh kill pile. Rushpaw, now 9 moons old, padded through the territory to the Training Moor. "What fighting techniques are we going to learn today, Meadowsong?", the ginger apprentice meowed. He waited for the she-cat's response. (yeah, my boy Rushpaw is 9 moons old now. On May 31st, he's going to be 10 moons old. I was supposed to make him 9 moons old on April 31st but never had the time to.)
