She stepped into the clearing taking in a deep breath. The fresh air felt good. Her legs were stiff from sleeping in an awkward position. She tried to stretch them and shake the stiffness out. Her eyes shifted toward the prey pile. She smiled when she saw a nice plump rabbit on the top. Her paws almost moved for her. She picked it up and then searched the rest of the clearing for somewhere to eat. Her ears perked up when she caught sight of Honeydew. She seems nice! She trotted over to Honeydew. "Can I sit with you?"
Honeydew who was lounging around in the clearing, on her side. Opened her eyes and looked up at Brightshadow. "Sure." she said with a purr, her two mismatched eyes looked at the she-cat. She yawned and sat up straight to make room from the she-cat. "How are you doing on this lovely afternoon?"

She settled down by Honeydew.I'm doing quite nicely. How about you? Motioning to her rabbit she asked "Do you want a bite?Then she turned her gaze up at the sky. How she enjoyed staring at it, and at times getting lost in it. It is a very nice afternoon. Despite having just awoken she still felt sleepy. Maybe yesterday was much more of an adventure than she had previously thought.
Honeydew purred. "I'm doing quite good myself and sure!" she purred with a smile. She leaned down and took a bite, chewing before swallowing. "Thank you." she purred, turning her eyes on Brightshadow. She watched as the she-cat looked at the sky. "Looking for stars?" she asked with a tilt of her head. "Kinda too early." she purred, and nudged the she-cat.

She chuckled at Honeydew's joke. Then took a bite of rabbit. She paused and let the warm taste fill her mouth before Swallowing. She purred letting the beauty of simple conversation flow over her. "It's a very nice day. Do you have any other plans?" She shifted her paws to get into a more comfortable position.
Honeydew shook her head, and smiled. "No not today, what about you?" she asked with another purr. Her blue and green eye's sparkled, before turning away from the she-cat and around the clearing.

Nightwhisper listened to Acornfall, purring wordlessly, his eyes gleaming in gratitude, "He needed wet moss but I've already brought that. I was thinking while we grab the catmint, we can grab any Elder flowers we find on the way if we can carry them" Nightwhisper mewed, nodding to the apprentice. "Alright then. I think the 3 of us will be fine."

Acornfall nodded with a determined look on his face. "Okay, elder flowers and catmint! Got it!" He meowed, turning to start leading the patrol out. "Did Hollowpaw mention a good spot to find these herbs?" He asked, keeping his pace steady but itching to set off running.
Burnedpaw nodded at Nightwhisper and then quietly followed behind the warriors, ears twitching as he listened. Good place for herbs? He hadn't toured the territory yet, so he only had information he'd overheard to go off of. "Doesn't that cove have a lot of flowers and plants?" He suggested quietly, not sure if that was the correct place or not. And he didn't was to be responsible for them going to the wrong place. Best leave this to the warriors. He figured with a mental shrug.
Snowpaw's smile was warm. Genuine. Friendly cats weren't something Weevilkit had a lot of experience with. The bright blue eyes and the wide smile directed at her made Weevilkit suddenly feel somewhat embarrassed. She shifted on her paws and looked away for a moment.
"Um, I don't really know any games," she mewed quietly. "We can find another leaf! Or play a game. What kinda games do ya like?"
[ presickness, just trying to keep outsider joinings going lol ] "Niiightgaaaze!" Wolfhive called as he entered camp; ideally Splitpaw was in tow. "Need ya for a moment."
