This was even better, an enforcer was going to teach him, and of course some other kit he barely interacted with. Rufflekit remembered just barely his name and appearance from them being in a kit class with him. He thought they might of just been scared from how tough looking the queen was, but it seemed that wasn't the case. The ginger tom gave Cloverkit a questionable look before he returned his blue gaze upon hawkbite. "I'd rather learn from you!" he shot out quickly, he wanted someone tough to teach him Rufflekit gave a nod as he showed that he was ready not looking over to the other kit, he was focused on the enforcer. He was wondering why the other gave his weakness away so easily but he'd ask that afterwards for now he went for the goal. With a determined demeanor he crouched like Larkfire had taught him and jumped with a yell he went to try and slam his hairy paw into the older's nose.

Sagepaw spotted the warrior and quickly padded over to him. There weren't that many warriors to begin with, so it had been difficult to spot this guy. "Real quick, teach me," he said, urgently, though the apprentice sported a bright smile. He just hoped the limit wasn't over yet. Ah, and there was a kit over there! "Psst, hey! C'mere, Salamanderskull's gonna teach us," he beckoned Cypresskit over.

Cypresskit looked at Sagepaw then at Stormpaw then back to Sagepaw then back to Stormpaw and then finally to Salamanderskull. She then started to waddle her way over to Sagepaw and Salamanderskull. When she finally made it over she looked up at the two with a smile then said "Ok, but what about Stormpaw" with the second part a bit more shy.

Alright, fair enough. He wouldn't mind teaching his children a bit. After Dawnstar's instructions, Nighthound turned to his kits with a smile. Each of them were so very adorable, it was almost hard to believe they were already close to becoming apprentices.

"Yes, my little ones. I will teach you. Listen closely to what father says, okay?" he responded, voice soft as he spoke to his children. Although he was much bigger than them... anything would help. Besides, this would be fun, wouldn't it?

Standing up, he shuffled a few steps away and crouched down. Nighthound's tail idly flicked behind him as he thought of what to say, eyes lighting up once he got an idea.

"You do not want to be snatched away by anything, do you? That is why you have fangs and claws- to protect yourselves! If a big bad tries to get you, I want you all to bite and claw anywhere you can. If you wiggle around enough or hurt the bad thing trying to snatch you, then you can try to get away," he explained, hoping it was easy enough to understand, "And always make sure to keep your eyes, throat, and belly safe. Those are real important parts, and you'll need to keep them safe in order to defeat the big bad snatchers. Do you understand, my stars?"

As Nighthound explained, he used his paw to point to the essential parts of the body to keep safe. All in all, as long as they kept those parts safe and wriggled their way out of the clutches of whoever had them, they would be safe. Hopefully. Oh, stars, this game would be interesting.

Oh no. Some warrior wanted to fight him. And not just any warrior; an enforcer! Cloverkit shriveled further into himself, worried he would get hurt. Cloverkit knew this was only a pretend fight, but he wasn't used to playing with big cats, only little kits. He stole a glance at Dawnstar. Would she be mad at him if he quit right now? Thinking about it for a while, she probably would be. He imagined the shadow queen storming up to him yelling as loud as thunder, and then banishing him from the clan forever. That probably wouldn't actually happen, but he wasn't about to risk it.

Hawkbite had said his nose was his weakness, right? Cloverkit crawled inch by inch towards the enforcer until he was nose to nose with him. Then, he bopped him on the nose as hard as he could- which wasn't very hard.

At Dawnstar's announcement, nervous anticipation had his neck fur fluffing out. Someone could snatch them at any time? Oh, he didn't want to get snatched!

But... as he looked over to Midnightkit, seeing her eagerness to learn, he thought that maybe he shouldn't be worried. After all, if anything ever happened, he'd have his family with him! With that in mind, Morningkit stared back up at Nighthound and listened as he spoke.

Morningkit hrmmed thoughtfully during his explanation. That was a lot to keep track of! He guessed it'd be easy enough, though—all he had to do was wiggle a lot and keep his eyes, throat, and belly safe! Piece of cake (...prey). Then again, he wasn't sure he actually wanted to hurt someone else. Maybe he could just ask them nicely not to snatch him? "Ummm. Yes, Papa," he meowed, still thinking about a possible alternative solution to being kitnapped.
