I checked with wnder(Sootstar), and she's been on the allegiance for about 3 days. Even if you rped her before you applied her, she has to be on the allegiance to be an official clan-member!
So, since she wasn't on the allegiance for long enough, it doesn't count. Hope this helps! @jayfeather21
