Cedarkit padded up to "Chivewhisker," knowing that he should socialize more. He sighed, "I guess I'll be your apprentice." He hesitated, then added with a huff "But you better not make me have to do anything stupid!" His tail flicked with agitation. He didn't particularly want to play with any of the others, but it could be good practice for when he was an apprentice.

KitClan. Hawkkit closed his eyes. What is the reason the Clans are here anyway? Who gave the Clans rights to this land? he asked, opening his eyes and sighing as he waited for an answer.

Hawkkit shook his head slowly. I have a feeling that what you're going to say next is 'StarClan'! You don't really believe that load of tales, right? the tom retorted. StarClan is just an elders tale!

She became anxious, not knowing what to say or what to do. She thought for a moment. What cat did give the clans the right to own this land? The clans have lived here for generations, both on land and in Starclan, she thought. That's it! Starclan gave the clan's the right to live here. "The first Starclan ancestors gave us the right!" she exclaimed, knowing that they were always guiding us to where we needed to go. "They guided our ancestors here! There not just elder's tails! I mean, where else do you think our ancestors go? She pointed at the place in the sky where Silverpelt would be tonight. "That line of stars you see at night", she said determined to prove him wrong. "they're our ancestor's in Starclan."
