He stopped suddenly, tensing at an unfamiliar scent. It was one he didn't remember. A low, gurgling snarl formed in the back of his throat.

Thornpaw opened her eyes to find herself in forest surrounded by shadows. She looked up at the sky and found that there was no stars. She Strained her ears to hear where the voice was coming from and padded towards it. She stopped as soon as she saw another cat. She heard him snarl and unsheathed her claws.
