"Gotcha!" Honeypaw turned her head. "Foxpaw! Splashpaw!"

"Here!" Splashpaw raked her claws across one of Ratnight's followers faces.

"Here!" Foxpaw lunged for the same cat, knocking him onto his side.

"Goldenpaw! Blackpaw!" Honeypaw yowled.

"Here!" Goldenpaw called, dodging one of her own Clanmates.

"Blackpaw?" Honeypaw's eyes narrowed slightly as she didnt get an answer. "Blackpaw!"

Neverpaw looked around. "Blackpaw?" He called, desperation lining his voice.

"Blackpaw!" Honeypaw called again, flexing her claws and sheathing them again in worry.

"Here!" Blackpaw suddenly burst from the crowd of fighting cats, blood splattered on his black pelt as he gave his sister a nod before whriling on one of his own Clanmates, lashing his claws across their muzzle.

Neverpaw looked relieved, and he joined Blackpaw in fighting.

Darkfang growled, leaping out at Neverpaw and Blackpaw. His ears flicked forward, as he began circling the two. "Well... well... well..." He hissed, grinning. "Two little foolish apprentices, fighting for the losing side." He drew his head up, eyes sparkling with wicked malice.

Dunedrift freed himself, then ran forwards, picking up his apprentice by the scruff of the neck and sprinting for the nursery.

Blackpaw sneered, flexing his claws and tensing. "And one foolish Tom fighting for the evil side." He retorted, lips curled back to display sharp teeth.

Willowpelt nodded to Nightshade, who glanced uneasily at Leapingbird. For a brisk moment the three cats - so different in appearances, one black, one calico and one a silvery white - stood staring at each other. "Leapingbird," the calico introduced herself. Willowpelt couldn't help hissing. "Your introducing yourself," she mewed, "in the midst of a battle." The SkyClan warrior shrugged, and mewed, "Well, it is a battle," before disappearing back into the fight. Nightshade followed her example, vanishing as well, leaving the she-cat alone in the eye of the hurricane (metaphor, the one calm spot in panic). Her eyes gazed around the clearing, checking for any one in need of help, her claws unsheathed, ready for any attacks.

Larkflight hissed as she missed her target, and realed back at the deputy caught her right above her eye. Blinking the scarlet drips out of her eye, she stared down Fennelstrike. Her ears pricked as she heard the mention of the evil deputy trying to persuade her to join their side. "Join you?" she reeled, taken aback by the persuasion in her opponents voice. The promise of power meant little to the seasoned RiverClan warrior; she didn't really want any power to be honest. All she wanted was to serve RiverClan as best she could, and defend her warrior ancestors at all costs.

She cleared her throat and lashed her dark furred tail behind her. "I'd rather die than join the ranks of those who turn their backs to StarClan!" she spat, anger lining each word she spoke, dripping like poison off the ends. Letting out another screech, the she-cat dove for Fennelstrike once more, this time zig zagging until she reached her, before darting to the left and aiming to score her claws down the deputy's flank before pushing away with her hind legs to avoid another retaliation like the first one she'd received. @Ivy

She lept in the air heaving her weight all on Dunedrift so that he'd collapse on Sandpaw... And then she could play innocent and say that Dunedrift suffocated the poor apprentice.

With a breath, Lionpaw bolted from nowhere and tackled down a cat that was aimed for Honeypaw.
"Honeypaw..." he breathed, his left eye bleeding (kovu look complete!). "Go, get out of here! I need you to find my family, Oakpaw and Palepaw... They're all that's left. Do me a favor, and find them, protect them. Blackpaw, Foxpaw, Splashpaw, and Goldenpaw, go with her. You guys I know can keep her and our kits safe..." he said, and turned to Honeypaw. "I swear on StarClan I will come back for you, now go!"

Darkfang pretended to look offended, before lashing out at Neverpaw, knocking the young tom to the ground. "The Dark Forest may be evil, but they are strong. StarClan is weak." He spat.

Neverpaw stood up, growling as he lunged at Darkfang, only for Darkfang to twist around and grab Neverpaw by the neck, slamming him onto the ground.
