Brindlefern had a slightly dazed expression on her face. "I'm sorry." she started "I.. Twilightstar wrinkled her face at the reasoning, that sounded like a very troubling problem. "Your stomach hurts," repeats the leader while she padded over to give Brindlefern's belly a curious sniff. "Come on, let's get you to the medicine den to make sure everything's okay." The leader took the lead as she took the she-cat back to camp.

One jade-colored eye stares intensely at the young cat. "I can't tell if you're lying to me or just confused." She frowns fiercely in deep thought. "Sootstar was the leader of RiverClan, not ThunderClan, regardless of which clan's territory you were trespassing in, you should probably go lay down." Twilightstar could exactly punish a cat in Lioncloud's state. "Come along, don't go wandering if you're feeling unwell."

Coldkit hesitated. She thought Twilightstar would be a bit happier to see her back. "I don't know! First I'm in the Nursery then I'm outside camp! I don't know if I was sleepwalking or just got dragged out of camp." She felt nervous. What if one of her Clanmates did try to take her away from WindClan?

Uh-huh, the clan leader wiggles her tail and watching the youngling for a second or two before deflating. "Well, I'm not certain who would drag you out of camp nor why? Do you normally sleepwalk and end up in random places?"

Shocker, Twilightstar still didn't give much of a ratdung on her appearance, but watching cats react like she was some hideous creature never really got old. If she could bring herself to care, she might be offended, but she had bigger problems to worry about other than her looks.

"Why..." She started then trailed off recalling that he had said he had been at the border. That explained it so she didn't bother with the question. "You've missed a lot while you were gone, you'll have to talk to your clanmates if you want more details." She mewed, seemingly accepting of that excuse. "I'm glad that you got back alright," Twilightstar added, before turning and leading the rest of the way home.

She doubted the cat in front of her knew just how much easier it was to trust them all now that she knew someone had known her to some extent, that she could say her name so easily proved it. No one else had known, no one else could begin to guess.
Gulltwist had said she was her mother, but she was.... so old, an adult by all rights. Just how much of her life was she missing, how much was taken from her?
She thought about it, hard, but only remembered.... well, none of what she described. Oh, well she'd had kittens before and she remembered those times, but she didn't remember being left and she didn't remember anything about a fox....
Yet when she heard the word fox, a sharp and ghostly pain ran through the leg in question and it jerked of it's own accord.
Perhaps her body remembered it, at least, even if she did not.

"Thank you, it's.... easier to trust when I'm not just clinging to the words of a dream."
She had chosen Coldamber for herself? She wondered what lead her to choose cold.
"I'm.... afraid I don't remember any of this, of what you told me. I don't think I've ever felt abandoned by my twolegs, and certainly not enough to leave.... Just how much of my life am I missing?"
If Gull was her kin and she was.... was she pregnant when she left? That would mean there was only so much she had forgotten, but if she hadn't... who knows how much of her life was lost to her now.
She deflated, quite visibly and her tail tried to wrap around her in an attempt to comfort herself. This was distressing, so, so distressing.
She hated it.

Was anything familiar to her?
Well, yes. If nothing else, she did have a few feeling of familiarity.
"This den is.... and you are, if only vaguely. It's just a sense, but it was there, but I don't know what made it so. When I walked in... it felt like someone was missing. I thought about a tiny twisted paw. Does.... that mean anything? I couldn't think of a name, just the image."
She stopped herself before she could ramble more.
How useless. Of all the things to remember, not what she did here or whatever a Medicine Cat was or the title implied, but she remembered this useless little detail about a twisted paw and somehow she'd been close to them. There was a sticky feeling in the back of her throat, like she'd swallowed honey.
Her shoulders hunched and she looked at the ground, not sure she could keep herself from being emotional if she looked for too long, the wounds and scars on the other molly finally seen, she had missed them before, hadn't noticed.
"I'm sorry I don't remember more or anything useful. It's all just.... a sense right now. Pieces here and there and.... none of it fits."
Perhaps.... she needed time. If she remembered this just walking into the Den, maybe she needed to explore the camp more, see more cats, maybe these pieces will fit together better, or more may show up. She didn't know, but it was better than wallowing in her misery.

Shockholly padded back to WindClan camp, feeling pretty dumb about herself. She'd let herself stay away for far too long, and for what? To bring back a cat who wasn't even sure he wanted to stay.
Bumbleshade padded alongside her, not sure how to feel about being dragged back to WindClan by another warrior. He'd sworn he'd scented ShadowClan again and went off to drive them out of their territory. If Shockholly hadn't taken it upon herself to drag him back, he likely wouldn't have gotten out of that situation alive.
Twilightstar," Shockholly began, feeling nervous.
"I would like to start with an apology for disappearing. I had no intentions of being gone to begin with, but I noticed Bumbleshade had... disappeared, so I went out to find him. He'd gotten himself stuck in a two leg trap. Once he was out, I.... kinda got turned around trying to come back home."
She wasn't going to cover the other cats tail for him. He'd have to explain himself to Twilightstar. This was, ironically, the second time she'd had to drag a clanmate back home.
Bumbleshade just looked between the two, obviously thinking Shockholly was going to pick up his case, when she didn't, he sighed and spoke up for himself.
"I thought I smelled recent ShadowClan on our territory after we had shoved them out. I thought I could take them on by myself, so I.... went alone. The trail led me to the trap, which I didn't realize was a trap until I was caught. I think the trail was staler than I had thought it was, because I never saw any cats other than Shockholly."
His ears burned with shame as he admitted this and he kicked the ground a bit, not bothering to look at either cat, worried he'd burst into flames if he did.

But at the same time concern crossed her face, she didn’t remember him either, and he was just a kit, he’d be a wreck...she needed to get to sleep as soon as possible, so she could check on him, but first she needed to answer her mother’s questions,” he’s my brother...your son...” she meowed,” You chose to let the former medicine cat, Coyotesnarl kill him because he was going to get sick and suffer, he was still healthy and fine, you didn’t give him a chance to live out the time he had left, I was just a kit and I snuck out to see where you went with him, and I saw it happen, it’s the only reason I know...yeah, we called you Coldamber. That’s what you went by when I was born 15 moons ago.” she meowed giving Coldamber a time reference for how long ago she had children,” I believe I had other littermates too who were stillborn, you never told me about them.” she meowed.

Coldkit's eyes widened. "No! I'm usually right where I slept before when I wake up!" The kit's fur raised. "I'm scared. Is someone in WindClan coming to get me? Am I a target?" Her legs trembled a bit. She knew she wasn't near as good as a Apprentice or Warrior to be able to fight off someone, or something, dragging her out of camp, for badgers and foxes to munch on at that! She remembered her mother's stories that kept her in the Nursery in the first place.

Clovershine raced back into WindClan territory, the wounds from Chickadee now no more than small scratches and a few scars, though covered by her thick fur. The truth was, she was getting kits. She just hadn't told Chickadee, but Clovershine wasn't even sure if she'd get a chance to. She padded deeper into WindClan territory, looking for Twilightstar.

It took a while for the tom to find his old clan, it seemed like they were rushed to a new location...by someone or something. This brought hairs to stand up on the toms tortoiseshell pelt while his dark, blazing orange eyes searched the area. Walking along the Loner heard his new camp before seeing it. Thank Starclan life was buzzing and clanmates were moving around. Glancing at the make-shift camp, the tom scouted for the leader's den; there was someone he wanted to talk to if they were still at the top of the food chain.
Moving like water in a stream, the tom headed to the den that seemed the most like Twilightstar's style. Then her scent hit him, yup he found the right den.
"So, how has the reign of Windclan doing?" Brindlejaw boldly asked the question. A surge of emotions rushed through the former deputy as he looked at his leader. Deep down he questioned if she was the whole reason his life fell apart.

Oh dear Starclan, her clanmates will never let her hear the end of this. What kind of queen gets lost in their own territory? Well it did seem like Windclan up and left their old camp but the molly wasn't sure since she hadn't explored the territory in moons. Embarrassment marked her beautiful features as the mottled queen walked into her camp. Some things looked new and different but Songbird wasn't sure. Padding around and assuming the queen finally made up her mind and looked into multiple dens to find Twilightstar's. After a while of searching Songbird finally found the right den, giving her coat a quick grooming, she had to be presentable, the molly cleared her throat to let the leader know of her presence before padding in.

Skyleaf was relaxing in the clearing, sun shining down on her silver fur. She was nibbling on a small rabbit from the fresh-kill pile. She hadn't caught it, as she hadn't gone on a hunt today. But she probably would, just not alone. In her opinion, hunting alone just wasn't so fun. Continuing to eat the rabbit, Skyleaf rested her head on her paws.

Coldamber stumbled out into the clearing, finally gathering the courage to make her way to the prey pile. She was thin from lack of food, both during her time in her coma and her general reluctance to grab from the prey pile she couldn't contribute to.
Not yet, she reminded herself. Once the spot on her head was healed over and the trembling in her legs allowed her to relearn to hunt, she'd be able to contribute to the Clan again.
She back peddled a bit as she noticed another cat at the prey pile, spluttering.
Maybe she could go back to the den and wait until no one was around? Her stomach made itself very clear that she wasn't leaving until she got over herself and grabbed something.

She eventually became unglued from her spot and slowly approached the prey, jaws snapping into something familiar, a mouse. She took a few steps away from the rest of the prey.
She hadn't expected the mouse's weight and it plopped to the ground, uncomfortably close to the other cat. With renewed jitters, she stepped foward to retrieve her meal, apologies slipping from her mouth before she could stop them.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to- I wasn't trying to throw it at you. I'm sorry for disturbing your meal."
She grabbed her mouse and stepped backwards, an apologetic look to her face.
"Um, I'm afraid I don't know your name? I'm Wr- Coldamber."
She needed to get used to calling herself by her Clan name. She doubted anyone had ever known her by her name from before.
As much as she didn't feel like talking, she'd eventually need to get around to being part of the Clan again.... whatever that meant. Maybe she'd understand one day.
This was as good a place to start as any.

Skyleaf smiled. "It's ok. You don't have to say sorry. I'm Skyleaf." she meowed, looking up from her rabbit. "You did not disturb my meal, actually. " She finished the rabbit. "Didn't you eat much?" Skyleaf inquired, inspecting the thin shape of the former medicine cat.
