She continued to think about Springlight's death as she stared at her forepaws. Alpinepaw couldn't hear Flameheart because she was clearly absorbed in her thoughts. The tortoiseshell cat was sitting down. Alpinepaw was scared that some bird would pick her up and take her somewhere. She started to tremble.

Flameheart noticed Alpinepaw starting to tremble. She poked the apprentice with her paw. "Hey, are you ok?" @Highsnow of Matterhorn

The morning was warm and wet, dew clung to the clearing in a glittering blanket, and Hollowkit yawns as he watches the clan go about their business. He needs to observe them, to find out how their days are structured so that he can then store that information for his eventual use.

As he watches, his paws idly fiddle with some long blades of grass and a few feathers he'd stollen from birds on the prey pile, braiding them around each other until he comes away with a sturdy band. Hm.. might be nice in a nest or as decoration or something, but Hollowkit really doesn't know what he's supposed to do with this trinket now that he's already made it...

As he padded out of the warrior's den and into the sunlight, the maine coon leaned back into a deep stretch, cringing slightly at the stiffness in his shoulders.
I wonder if there's anyone around who can tell me how I got these scars...
Moosecrash padded off to the side of the clearing, his dizziness still affecting him slightly as he stumbled over his paws. He sat with a soft thud and let his hazel eyes wander around the clearing, hoping to find a familiar face or two.

She felt a little nudge and thought nothing of it. Her thoughts would slowly consume Alpinepaw if nobody shook or pushed her. Her trembling stopped but she started to breathe heavily. Alpinepaw thought, "Help...I don't want to end up like Springlight! What are the chances of getting picked up by a bird? Stop, Alpinepaw! Stop! Snap out of it..." She looked up at the sky and saw nothing except clear skies.
