Call him crazy, but that sure did sound like some stupid idiot staging a coup. The leadership was decent with who was in charge at the moment, this one was actually sticking around and getting stuff done. No need to chase her off, at least that’s how Spiderthroat felt right now.

Ears twitched as he walked up to the Warrior, brows quirked as he simply stood there, trying to see if it was a joke or if the idiot was serious. “Quite a scrawny ruler. Hope all I’m hearin are jokes.”he said plainly. He was tired, maybe even a little sleepy. But he’d still rip and tear if needed. If anything calming the crowd after the death is always the more annoying part.

Larkswoop glared daggers at the three cats that stood in front of her, neck and shoulder fur bristling.

''I don't know who you think you are, Burningflame, to demand my loyalty and respect to you, when you have done nothing to earn it from me,'' The tabby warrior scoffed, her voice cold and green eyes icy. ''I'd rather join StarClan than side with you and whatever you're planning.''

Larkswoop's ear twitched. This interaction was....weird. Perhaps she would report it to Bumblestar. But another voice joined the conversation at just the right time.

The broad-shouldered feline shot Spiderthroat a grateful look before turning back to Burningflame and glaring at him.

Alpinepaw was running around the Clearing until she got puffed. Actually, she ran for half an hour with some breaks. She enjoyed the wind pushing against her.

The Tom simply stood there for a moment, watching as this Tom attempted to whisper to those around him. He was in plain sight. There was nothing stealthy about that interaction. A heavy silence hung over the gaggle of idiots before the deputy simply let out a “Bruh.”the word leaving before he could even comprehend how to tackle this.

“Literally in the same Clan. We’ll see each other again in about two seconds when I call you for patrols. Did you get smacked as a kit? Dumb question, had I met you as a kit I woulda smacked you.” a confession. Because yeah, he woulda drop kicked him had he gotten the chance.

Spiderthroat, still attempting to see if this was a stupid play or if he truly thought he was sneaky. Stood by and watched. Unamused expression as , if Burningflame had left, he would follow.
