Roseheart turned to Foxclaw and gave a shrug. She didn't really want to go on a patrol, too much work and she always got so messy and she really wasn't built for patrolling. Though she would go if Darkblood was because she's a good friend, "I'll go if you are, Doll" Roseheart spoke with a wink in Darkblood's direction.

It felt like a relief to let go of the pain storming through my mind with a patrol with my fellow clan members and new friends i happily strolled up to Foxclaw with a happy purr rumbling through my throat maybe we'd get to do hunting and patrolling which i'd gained the love of doing the past few moons and i felt elevated to go out with fellow clan members and tackle the world head first with claws bared and teeth bared ready to face it, and she smiled and looked back on all that had happened recently and whispered "i think i'll be alright..." to herself before padding over to Foxclaw and everyone else and purring happily to show her appreciation with a deeper glint in her eyes saying if they knew the things that had happened to her theyd be scared of her but she was relived that it was a secret only a few knew and as i smiled like the sun was in my face i said "hello everybody".

Owlheart started eating as well. when she was finished she looked up. " So Twigfreckle what do you do for fun?" she mewed with grooming herself.

My smile grew bigger as i was greeted with the affection i never had and i purred "i am doing well, how about you?" my silky smooth voice said but some signs of my past slipped through the outer shell and i smiled larger while small tears built by my eyes.

I didn't know if i should tell my mate the truth that it felt like i was slipping into the dark side, but i had to stay strong for my clan and for her "i also feel better now that you accompany me" my gentle purr rumbled.
