They perked up hearing a familiar voice. Apprenticehood had felt more... lonely than kithood, the possibility of seeing those days through a rose-tinted lens lost on them.
"I'm in here!" they replied, voice cracking into a squeak from the sudden burst of vocal activity cast through a filter of excited-to-see-Wolfpaw. That did bring a healthy dose of cheer -- Wolfpaw looking for them. The last they'd known, he'd been swallowed by a battle. "How was it? The fight."

"I'm in here!" they replied, voice cracking into a squeak from the sudden burst of vocal activity cast through a filter of excited-to-see-Wolfpaw. That did bring a healthy dose of cheer -- Wolfpaw looking for them. The last they'd known, he'd been swallowed by a battle. "How was it? The fight."
Thankfully, the feathers didn't agitate the sore spots where his teeth'd been damaged. Wolfpaw hadn't gone into this with the battle in mind - too focused on a reunion with his buddy.
So the question took him off guard a little, not that he'd show it. Wolfpaw twitched his torn ear as he set the small feather bundle by Beachbaby's nest. "Was a hell of a time. Sent a couple of those rotten fish packing." He was careful to not dwelve too much into detail, recalling how Beach.. Beachpaw, had responded to Tawnykit, and that horror story. He might be a little older, didn't mean he was ready for that hardship. Wolfpaw sure hadn't been when he was his age. "I doubt they'll bother us anytime soon, we taught them a lesson in not messing with us."

Personality: a very monotone cat. he's very quiet and appears out of nowhere and it spooks some. he only mainly speaks when he's spoken to.
Ghostpaw was lying in the apprentice den. his tail swooshed as he licked his paw. he looked around camp at all the cats conversating. his ear twitched. today was boring- he didnt see any good convos to sneak in on. maybye go see if the elders have any stories? he thought that was a good idea. first he wanted to lye here is the sun for a bit. he needs all the warmth he can get in this weather-.

his ear pricked as the cat walked in, those wounds looked bad-. he had known about the war between Riverclan and Thunderclan but never participated considering he hadn't been taught how to fight that well yet-. he didn't normally do this but he was curious. he looked at the cat " ouch, that- looks like it hurts, did you go to battle against Riverclan?".

Right- he had heard all the things about the Riverclan drama. a lot of cats were not happy about it. with Riverclan's new leader things can only get better, or worse-. he could tell the tom didn't like the subject much so he tried to shift it. "so do you know if you'll become warrior soon? i heard Bumble talking about some apprentices fighting in the war had chance to become warriors".
