The young, fluffy kit felt her mother go cold. Her body stopped giving off heat and the sticky stuff was still coming out. She mewed as suddenly something took her out of the warmth of her siblings and her mother's fur. She felt something grab onto her scruff and lift her small body into the air. Dangling by the thing, whatever it was, she realized it did not smell like her father and littermates. She twisted and turned, squeaking in protest. She opened her tiny mouth wide and twisted to bite and paw at the prickly thin poky things (whiskers) attached to the thing that was carrying her.

Hollowkit was twisting and protesting in lillyfang's jaws. "Its ok, your safe" She mewed, muffled from the kit's scruff.
