I dunno bout mating, but elderflare is the perfect cat to be a BF(Best friend) to leopardfire and is super straight forward and blunt, but also wise, so he can talk to the other cat and talk to leopardfire about her feels.

whhat if otther kitty is out of clan wat would he do. n as best friend for leopard sure.
