I’m not sure if I’m allowed to do this on site, but frankly a place that really helped me is a website called Trevor Space. It’s an LGBTQ+ website where you can give/get advice and talk about LGBTQ+ issues along with anything else that is distressing you. It really helped me out, it’s for teens and young adults.
But aside from that, if you’re scared to tell your parents. You can stretch it out over a little bit and maybe today mention that one of your friends came out to you as a lesbian. See how your parents react first. Then if they react positive tell them that it’s you who is coming out as a lesbian.
I came out as a freshman in HS as a lesbian myself, I told my mom first then she told me dad. They both support me, my cousins also support me, but I’ve noticed my aunts go do an uncomfortable squirm at any mention of me being gay, and frankly I’ve learned to find it funny so I mention it more.
I don’t talk about it around my grandmother not because I’m scared of her reaction, but she’s born in the 1920’s and it was quite a homophobic time period and she’s super religious catholic, and know that if I were to tell her I was gay, #1 she’d think I meant happy, #2 she’d think I was going to hell, and being that she’s in her 90’s I don’t want her to be heartbroken for years thinking I’m going to hell, so I chose not to tell her.

If you want to come out to everyone at your school, I can suggest simply putting your flag, being as you said lesbian go for the simply rainbowflag and maybe put it on your social media bio or next to your name. Only if you want everyone you follow to know. Or just make a post on social media to come out to anyone who follows you.
