Appearance: Blue/silver tom with jade eyes scars and a snake like tongue(His tongue was partially ripped off)
Personality: Cunning, insane, mental, evil, cruel, malicious, manipulative, smart, deranged. In simple words a deranged evil genius.
Why should they join the group?: Basically he's bored and will honestly just play with their minds but would be a great asset if he wanted.
Other: I won't be able to roleplay him all that much because of school. Also he's a newly made character so.... yeah.
