Maplebeam spots a small squirrel, though usually it doesn't turn out very well when she goes after them, she goes after it anyways. She crouches on her haunches, her tail in the air, then sprints for it. Why did she think this would turn out well? She gets the squirrel, but now is stuck in a tree.

Mapebeam looks down at Aurastar, a helpless expression on her face and eyes teary. "Aurastar, you know I broke my paw last time this happened, right? I really don't like heights!"

I fiddled with my ragdoll pelt ; I was bored. The cold breeze ruffled my fur as I breathed in and out in boredom.

I looked to Maplebeam, slipping and sliding on the ice, exiting camp with Aurastar.
I began over, but Akirapaw stopped me.

"I-uh- Sure," i managed. "But, you're helping me find some herbs," I told the apprentince.

Maplebeam nods, a couple tears dropping from her eyes, but Aurastar's comforting presence encourages her to keep going, "O-okay, I trust you." She does exactly what he says, at first she almost falls, but she scrambles onto the branch before she loses her grip.

"ok calm down!" he says trying to comfort her "now we are going to slowly jump from branch to branch until we get down ok?" he said as he carefully jumped on the next branch

Maplebeam looks into his eyes, her own brimming with fear, but she nods again. She slowly makes her way down, a couple branches snap as he jumps to the next, but she over all avoids an incident bigger than a couple scratches. By the time she gets down, her long fur is tangled and there are a couple cuts on her nose and sides. This is going to take a long time to clean up by herself. She looks up at Aurastar, a relieved smile on her features, though she's looking a little roughed up.

(Maybe Aurastar could help her groom her pelt?)
