Omg - I saw this and ran

Shy, secretive, and a book-worm. He thinks of Rainwings as cute dragons who should also be respected.
He is a very dark unusual green with light green-yellow glowing spots, and spots under his wings like stars. But he never shows the underside of his wings.. To anyone, really.
A seawing x Nightwing, born when they were at the end of war, and his parents presumably dead and his adopted mother, Kelp, cared for him. She never knew of his heritage but he did, and he tried to keep himself a seawing... He thought, when he was a kid, that it was normal to read minds. But he soon discovered it was not and he realized he could read minds, but he didn't want the clutter of secrets. He wanted everyone to be safe, and not fear him. He didn't know what to do until he heard of skyfire; and managed to steal one right of a dealers claws. He keeps it in his necklace, and refuses to take it off or show anyone.
Is reading minds ok? I have read the entire series but I'll keep from books 1-10 for now.

You can only be 2 years old as a student just to make it easy. But please no hybrids for easier again. Reading minds is fine though as long as you don't powerplay it. (If fights no dodging all moves or say out loud others thoughts without perms)

Yep- skyfire also blocks other thouhs out too so - and then may i be nightwing then sorry if u were just like: ugh, another powerplayer who wants tk be a millionbryd heh

Don't worry! I wasn't thinking that, I just wouldn't know where to put you in the winglets is all. Anyway accepted, I'll change the alleigences later though bc I have like 8247836473627846947657468 school things to do. (can't wait for middle school, am I right 5 year old me? *sobs from no sleep and more homework)
