Petalwish watched as Spiralheart left her to go and play in a mock fight. Well there goes that friendship. Thinking to herself, her feelings stung a little. Soft hazel eyes watched as more and more she-cats crowded around the tom. Should I go over there too? It seemed like the only way to talk to Sootflare was to play fight, which in her opinion seems like a silly way to be able to get to know a tom. Was this a huge set up to see how many mollies would make a fool out of themselves for a toms entertainment? Perhaps she was taking this the wrong way and they were just having fun?
Shaking her head the she-cat figured that she'll just sneak past the 'bodyguards' to speak to the deputy. But if she can't then maybe Sootflare isn't worth the time. But it would be nice if he noticed me. Silently thinking to herself as Cherrypounce and Spiralheart got ready to fight.

As Fawnsqueak played with Lionstar's loose stomach skin, he let out a displeased little huff! He was not a toy!!! He was a Lion!!! Wehhh!!!!

Twisting to escape from Fawn's kitten mittens, Lionstar bapped at his nose. "The only soft thing here is you, Kittensqueak!"

Eyes squeezing shut momentarily from the little bap, Fawnsqueak snorted when they fluttered open again. "Okay, relax, Flabstar. But seriously, what is that? Were you..." His eyebrows knitted. "Uh, bigger-- at some point, or something?" However, it wouldn't explain why the soft fat was collected in a single area. Fawnsqueak gave it another light kick and watched the flap jiggle. "Does it do anything... or feel like anything?"

Glancing over, he noticed Petalwish sitting all by her lonesome looking rather apprehensive about the situation. Sootflare cringed to himself, knowing how that felt given it had been his own situation not too long ago here, "Petalwish!" he called over, "You know you're more than welcome to join in here." Hopefully that would be enough encouragement.

She was rather surprised that Sootflare called out to her. Her gentle hazel eyes overlooked the group of she-cats who gathered around the tom, does he really mean it or is he being polite? Petalwish wondered to herself, hopefully he does mean it thinking to herself as she walked towards the group.
A soft smile graced her beautiful pale ginger features as she walked up. Pausing for a moment the molly wasn't sure to sit close as possible to Sootflare or away? She didn't want to seem desperate by any means but she did want a chance to talk to him.

The warrior seems perfectly content spending time stretched out beside Sootflare, although they weren't mooning over him like almost all of the others here were. As long as they were spending time with Ternsky, this picnic-fight date wasn't half bad. However, their clever, amusing idea of how to pass the time seems to draw some negative attention. They notice Petalwish, who had just been talking to one of the more eager females, watching them jealously from afar. Why did things have to be so complicated? Their leader and his date were having fun in their own little world. Sassafrasfire and Ternsky were making fun for the poor bachelor.

Thankfully, Sootflare extends the invitation to her that Sassafrasfire themself chose to withhold. As she draws nearer, they blink up at her. "You should fight with Cloverwish here," they suggest. "Your friend already found her sparring partner. Whoever wins both matches will face each other..." They look at the two cats beside them questioningly as they go on. "And the victor will have the rest of today alone with the deputy."

Wehhhh!!!!! WEH! "I am not flabby!" Lionstar angrily objected, smackign his paw into the ground. "And I was never a fatty! Jeeze, Fawncute, haven't you seen these before? I know you don't have one.." he poked his paw into the soft fluff that was Fawnsqueak's belly, "but your dad does! It's a trait we got from our big cat ancestors! It's for protection!"
