Weeping when its Dark

Darkclaw jumped to her paws. Are you hungry? She asked, flicking her tail. I can hunt. She mewed, then opened her muzzle to taste the air.

Weepingwillow gave a grateful purr. "A snack would be nice. Have you hunted for the clan though? I don't want you to get in trouble just to hunt for me" Weepingwillow mewed thoughtfully

Darkclaw purred. I have, yes. She caught on to a scent of squirrel and crouched down low, not moving a muscle. She sprang up, attempting to land in front of the squirrel, her tail high in the air.
(Spinning wheel, doesn't catch)
Darkclaw hit the ground, then slid. As she grimaced in pain, the squirrel scampered away. She raised to her paws, standing up. Darkclaw's legs folded, and she collasped to the ground again.

Weepingwillow's eyes went wide. "Darkclaw!" the queen yowled, standing up with a grunt and lumbering forward as fast as she could. "Darkclaw oh my Stars are you alright!? That looked like a nasty fall you nearly slid to your death. Oh stars!!!!!! Your not hurt are you? Should I help you back to camp?!" Weepingwillow fretted. Her motherly instincts kicking in a tiny bit.

Darkclaw grunted and flicked her tail. I'm alright. She mewed. Sorry. Should I try again? Great StarClan! She didn't want to get up. Her whiskers tingled with pain as she shifted her flank.

Weepingwillow sniffed over Darkclaw once again. "Promise me you'll be fine? Does it hurt particularly bad anywhere?" Weepingwillow fretted.

Darkclaw nodded. Yeah, I'll be fine. It only hurts on my back leg. She got up to her paws and leaned against a tree. She decided to change the subject from herself to Weepingwillow. You're carrying kits. She mewed, Are your paws hurting? Darkclaw needed to make sure that everyone was ok.

Weepingwillow looked anxiously over her friend once more, her ears perking. "Yes a bit, but it's not exactly light weight" Weepingwillow mewed gently. "My kits are due in about a week so there moving" Weepingwillow mewed fondly

Weepingwillow nodded. "Yes lets head back, you'll need to rest your leg. We can eat some already caught prey and gossip about meaningless things." Weepingwillow purred brightly. "Sounds ideal no?"
