For sure, she was not the most friendly cat in RiverClan, but sure enough, she still wants a good relation with her clanmate. And this kit was to be the future of the clan. Unsure of this kits intentions, Floodsight stared and waited. Be paitient, she told herself. "just...?"
Willowkit's ears perked when she heard a word slip from Floodsight's mouth. Just what? She squeaked.

Perhaps the kit was confused too. "You said it first," Floodsight gives out a chuckle as she cleans her paws. Floodsight smiled and asked jokingly, "Are you out here to brave the forest or run across the outskirts to the twoleg place?"

Yes! Willowkit joked, and rubbed against Floodsight's leg.

Floodsight watches Willowkit approach her. Slightly hesitant by the small kit, Floodsight gave her a little nudge. "Careful strolling around these parts here. Don't want Fadingstar thinking you would like a kittypet life~"
Not wanting to upset the kit that wandered away from camp, Floodsight offered, "Want to go explore the pines?" She hope this would be a good chance to get to know this kit, as well as escort the little bundle back to camp safely.

I want to learn battling! Willowkit said. I'm going to be the best warrior!

Floodsight looked surprised. The kit seemed so adamant about returning, but wishes to learn instead. "Hmf, of course," Floodsight exclaimed, she remembered how she once dreamt to become the best fighter as a kit. Though memories of being a kit was grim for her. She could still see Willowkit's determination coming though.
Floodsight ponders if this was a good idea. She would need to be very gentle, the kit was smaller than half her size. Thinking about it, Floodsight grumbled, "How about learning an easy move, like a front paw blow?"

The bulky she-cat trotted down from rock to rock, a simple grunt escaping her maw with the effort. Two kits. Two kits out of camp. Sure, there was a warrior with them, but said warrior should have some sense not to let to whole kits out of camp in such rocky territory. Her one eyed gaze focused on the group of cats. She waited until they finished what they were conversating about before piping up, her fur giving a slight bristle.
"Floodsight! Stars above, do ya 'ave some nerve." The older warrior shook her head, her eyes glazing over the cats before her. "What Darkforest cat possessed ya ta the point of takin' out two kids and an apprentice? Willowkit, Wolfkit, Starrypaw, right 'ere." She nodded down to the earth below her and waited for the cats to gather. She merely shook her head in utter bewilderment.
"Floodsight," she began, her amber gaze snapping up to the she-cat. "Ya know good and well kits ain't supposed ta be out 'ere, especially with the sudden change of terrain. Yer not in trouble, neither are Willowkit and Wolfkit. Them kits didn't know any better. But, ya all 'ave a warnin' as well. No goin' outta camp, got that? Starrypaw however..." As she shifted her focus, so did he gaze as it flicked over to the apprentice. "Ya. Ya know better. Yer'll be confined ta camp for a quarter moon (a week, ending on August 1st)." A reasonable punishment, Owltalon was sure of it. These mountains were dangerous, a beautiful view but a horrid death. Just one wrong step... Bringing the future of Riverclan out deeper into the mountains was a huge mistake on Floodsight's part.
She looked over to the other cats, her eyes fanning right over Starrypaw. "A warnin'. Y'all should know better, especially ya, Floodsight, bein' a fully grown warrior. Back ta camp, now." She didn't leave room for questions or thoughts, she just picked up Wolfkit and placed them on her back then picked up Willowkit and kept them in her mangled maw.
(Hey guys! None of y'all are in serious trouble so no need to get anxious! I understand a good majority of the roleplayers in this thread are new, so you all have received no punishment. Though, if this is a reoccurring issue, then IC (in character) consequences will be exercised. Nymph, since you're an older roleplayer on this site, your character Starrypaw has received IC punishment for her actions. I was given permission to intervene by @/occultation aka, Fadingstar. Happy roleplaying!)

Floodsight ◆ she/her
The wind blew cold and Floodsight feels someone approach them. There before her was Owltalon, the older warrior that made Floodsight freeze at her call. 'Now I've done it,' Floodsight thought. Just a moment ago, she could've been firm on her decision to bring Willowkit back. But her soft spot for kits just made her lingered longer. 'No...this is not time for an excuse,' Floodsight thought shaking her head.
Wanting to refute and talk back, Floodsight opened her mouth but decided that Owltalon was right. It was an oversight on her part. She turned to Owltalon with head lowered in acknowledgment of her wrongdoings, "Yes...I'll see them back to camp." Floodsight held back a growl, embarrased at herself in front of the senior warrior and nudged Willowkit gently. "Come on Willowkit. Let's get you back. You too, Starrypaw, Wolfkit."
@Marigoldwhisper I don't believe Starrypaw and Wolfkit is with us, but I can send them back with us. Also thanks for the warning and heads up. Will be noted for the future. Though, I do appreciate how this works and it's kind of fun that way.]
