"I asked Antpaw, but he didn't want to come." Fleckpaw meows. What she didn't mention was that he had been angry and prickly at her mere suggestion. Maybe he was just nervous, he did seem pretty shy and introverted. Whatever it was, Fleckpaw didn't take it to heart.

Vinepaw? Fleckpaw is taken aback by that name. She thought Spikepaw disliked her, seeing how they quarrelled so much. And sometimes she felt Spikepaw was being overly mean to the poor she-cat. Could it be...Fleckpaw makes a knowing smile at Spikepaw, "You want her to come along?" She asks, careful not to sound too teasing.

The tom overheard the volunteer call, though he knew his way around territory quite well. So he Miswell try and lead. The large fluffy orange-colored tom padded a tad closer " I volunteer!" the tom called out.

"Hello!" Fleckpaw pads forward to the she-cat, away from Spikepaw. "Lovely day, isn't it? What do you think we'll do at the hike? I'm Fleckpaw, by the way." Fleckpaw's tone is very friendly, and she doesn't mind even though the other cat is much bigger than she is.

Yes. Swiftheart purred. This cat was much younger than her, but she loved to talk just anyone at this point.

Though she knew the names of all the apprentices by heart, she still had a hard time remembering the kits or warriors who she had an age gap with- there were just so many cats! It was a good thing. "What's your name?" Fleckpaw asks.
