He blinked over at her, a small purr escaping him. He was glad she was safe. Atleast now the anxiety ridden fight in the back of his head was quiet. "Of course." He grinned, booping her cheek to make sure she was actaully there.

Moonkit's questions made Cloudkit think as she finished preening herself. Would the two legs do something worse than eat them? It was one of the questions that ran through her head.

She raised her head to what her sister was saying. She had previously thought of going to ask Dawnstar if she could help the warriors clean up, but she that Moonkit was asking her mother, it didn't seem relevant to ask her leader.

"If we help them clean, it will be faster to get rid of the garbage of the two legs"

He added to convince her mother a little more.

~ IVYSNAKE OF SHADOWCLAN ~

Home. They were finally back home. Ivysnake wasn't one to feel sentimental or anything like that, but being back in familiar territory was a good thing. She knew it well; there was nothing odd or foreign about it. Not that she couldn't adapt to change, though. For the Dark Forest's sake, she'd lived in ThunderClan's camp for who knew how long. The tall, slender tabby stretched, letting feeling go back into her limbs, then scanned the clearing. She spotted Dawnstar; the hulking dark tabby was leaping onto the Shadowledge and looking around. She's about to call a meeting, Ivysnake assumed. Sure enough, her leader yowled the... well, not entirely familiar words. An emergency meeting, huh? Ivysnake padded over to the Shadowledge and sat, wrapping her black-striped tail over her dark brown paws. If Dawnstar was calling for an emergency, things must be serious.

Though Ivysnake knew how the Twolegs had trashed their territory. Junk was everywhere; the ugly, mostly hairless creatures had done a number on the land. It made the medicine cat apprentice curl her lip. ShadowClan was strong, but some dumb, tall, hairless creatures had driven them from their home. They hadn't even been able to put up a fight. She unsheathed her long, sharp claws, digging them into the ground to let out her frustration. All the while, she listened to Dawnstar. Avoid Pinewatch Patch; that sucked. That place was filled with herbs, and the thought of Twolegs destroying them made her curve her claws deeper into the ground. Ivysnake, through her frustration and anger, took note of Dawnstar's command: don't travel alone for a week.

There was more. Warnings of Twoleg trash and prey found dead or injured, and potential poison. Be careful, drink from clean water sources. etc... all stuff to keep in mind. Ivysnake could tell how detrimental herbs were since the risk of sick or injured cats was higher than ever. She'd have to talk with Elmshadow about all this. The dark brown tabby was about to find him when Dawnstar continued talking, and it wasn't good news - not that Ivysnake felt sad, but losing an apprentice in a time where ShadowClan was small was not ideal. The offender was Shadowfur, a huge black tom. Ivysnake searched the crowd for him, and if she found him, gave him a ferocious glare from piercing amber eyes. Then she fixed her gaze back on Dawnstar.

Frostheart smiled at Kinkcloud. The silver tabby booped his cheek back. She weaved her way closer to hear Dawnstar better. Frostheart sat down, curling her tail beneath her paws.

How irksome, it seemed like the vermin wasn't in camp. He wouldn't have run off while they were returning, right? The battle-scarred ruler of shadows tipped her head thoughtfully for a moment. It was bothersome, but not a priority at the moment.

"I've no clue where that mousedung is, but should any of you see him, I expect you to make Shadowfur report to me immediately," Dawnstar informed her clan with a faint frown. The fact that Dawnstar was willing to even give the ungrateful, traitor, a chance to speak for himself spoke volumes of Dawnstar's benevolence.

Her long whiskers gave a slight twitch when her tatters ears caught one of the kits yowling up at her. The brat wasn't difficult to find, Poisonkit. She debated a moment on whether she should waste her time even answering the hairball. Despite being kits, they were still clanmates, in a way. "I'm disappointed, hairball, you actually believe that anything can hide from me in my shadows. Have you forgotten which clan you live in? ShadowClan wears the night like a second pelt, we own the night. The fact that you actually think a bumbling twolegs can hide and sneak up on us speaks loud of your nativity." Dawnstar delivered the response in a flat, warning tone.

In the meanwhile, she had a few more cats to add to the rank of apprentices. "Roankit [ @birdie ], Magpiekit [ @Puddle~], and Purekit [ @marshall ] come up here if you want your apprentice ceremonies done." Dawnstar figured Frigidkit and Lambkit might like to have their apprentice ceremonies done alongside their brother, but strangely enough, Dawnstar hasn't seen either of them around in a bit. She'd go and check around the camp and nursery later.

Roankit
Ah, yes. That had been coming up, hadn't it? Despite the call of his name and what it signified, Roankit simply remained where he was with his eyes turned up towards Dawnstar (having never really left her). He was already positioned at the base of the Shadowledge, right where his grandmother could see him. Even with the void of emotion on his face the young kit was going through his mind of who his mentor would be. Not that he ever prayed to the stars, but if his grandmother stuck him with some mouse-brain... well, he could figure out how to use his claws on his own, he was sure.

Not far from where he sat he felt eyes on him, and in a slow motion turned just his head to stare owlishly towards Moonkit. His gaze bore into her in a striking sort of way. No expressions took over his face as he just stared for a good amount of time, only turning around once he had studied her as long as he wanted to. Nothing special had been the conclusion.

By now he had grown pretty considerably, though was nowhere near Dawnstar's size and stature. But with large paws and a stocky build, it was apparent he still had quite a bit of growing to do. Forest green eyes flashed with thought as they continued to peer up at the leader, unblinking and unwavering.

Keen with listening, Roankit had heard the lack of his siblings names. In fact, he hadn't seen much of them, but it didn't matter all that much considering most cats he couldn't really tolerate. Part of him had hoped that at least Frigidkit would be up here, but it didn't even bother him that much - or at all, really. All the young brown and cream tom was focused on now was his grandmother, and who she would end up pairing him with to start his training.

Brackenfire sat and watched the meeting as it progressed, eyes narrowed into slits.

It seemed whoever this Shadowfur was, they were too much of a coward to make their appearance. Pity, because Owlstorm would have liked to see how such an idiot would look like, but alas, she was denied that joy. It didn't matter much though, and the stormy molly simply turned to focus on Dawnstar instead (who was without a doubt more pleasant to look at than that Shadowfur), as something else started. Apprentice ceremonies? Ah, kits getting a new rank and name, right. The marine green eyes glanced toward the kits, one of which was already there.

Another irritated scoff when the traitor didn't even bother standing for what they had done. Or were they outside, alone, breaking more rules and making more bad decisions? Iciclekit was bothered both by the fact that Shadowfur wasn't there, and that she didn't get to see the punishment she was sure would come, but she looked back to the strong leader as things moved on.

It seemed there were some apprentice ceremonies. With these being the first ones she saw, Iciclekit straightened up to see what the older kits would do and wouldn't do - she would have to make sure she knew what to do perfectly when it was time for her to step forward and get her new name and a mentor. Her sharp blue eyes searched for Roankit, Magpiekit, and Purekit (what kind of name were those?!) as she waited for them to step forward.

purekit was surprised to hear her name called when she was in the nursery. was dawnbestie going to actually do her ceremony?? AND she even held back magpiekit, purekit smirked. not wanting it to mention it to her sister, she grabbed her hydromoss (which was feeling a bit dry, she would have to fix that later) and ran over to the shadowledge. but not before telling magpiekit to get her lazy ass up and come too. doing a bit of a strut to the shadowledge and proudly looked up to dawnbestie. FINALLY was she having her ceremony!
