Wispkit died as part of the plot that got Cowtuft exiled. Her death has already been confirmed during the meeting that took place the day after the Gathering in the clearing. The roleplay that has for some reason been going on in the WindClan Nursery seems to have ignored the fact that Cowtuft is right besides Wispkit while all this is happening? Not only that, but it was specifically stated that Lightning would not be involved with this roleplay, as it was a part of a bigger plot. If Lightning goes towards the nursery now and finds Quailheart with Wispkit she will assume Quailheart dug up the body at Starry Meadows and will report the incident to Twilightstar and Fallownose, as I am not entirely certain what else to do in this case.

As an extra, unrelated announcement, I am in the process of trying to fix this thread to reflect Lightning's medicine cat den rules, as due to the event that got Cowtuft exiled she will be changing how things work in relation to the den and how open she is to visitors! This means that getting to medicine cat roleplay responses will take a little longer while I sort everything out! Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully it should all be fixed up soon, so thank you all for your patience!

That would be because the roleplay is set in the past, as for some reason Wispkit has taken multiple posts in dying. This plot had been preplanned, however, and as stated before Wispkit has already been confirmed dead and was among the ones added to the tally at Cowtuft's exile meeting. You may continue the roleplay, but must give Cowtuft a chance to respond, as he is the medicine cat in place. That being said, having anyone else there is also... breaking the originally stated plot as it was said that Cowtuft had found the kit sick alone and had fed the kit the herbs while no one was in the nursery, as everyone was outside getting ready for the Gathering. I have no idea why this was changed so suddenly and out of nowhere, but the timeline still stands as canonically the death has been reported already despite the roleplay not ending yet. Lightning's question as to why Quailheart has a dug up corpse will also still stand as it is the only viable explanation as to why there is a queen with a kit that has been dead for over a quarter moon in the nursery.

Same as with Softsong's completely unrelated mmhmmm healing form, I'm not going to be getting to these super speedy as I am still playing catch up to all the things the event made me put on standby - many of them meddie related, unfortunately - but I would hate to make you wait too long to be able to even put a post down, so feel free to set up a starter with Brave whenever you feel she would drop and visit, and I'll get to it as soon as possible. Just let me know about how long post fight this would be happening, in case she gets a deadpanned "Funny, everyone seems to be getting into fights with undisclosed trespassers these days" look or not.

Injury Overview: Poppysong hurt their front left leg after part of the tunnels collapsed on them. A fracture or sprain, I forget which so whichever makes more sense. They lied and said it was being treated and healing (I assume we can explain this by Poppysong lying to Lightning Cow was helping, and lying to Cow that Lightning was helping).
Live/Die/Desired Outcome: Live, but have a permenate disfigurement. Able to walk on it but with severe pain.
