Huh would you look at that, it seemed the ever distrustful and unhappy Peachfrost might actually be pleased (or at least tolerant) of the medicine cat of her sworn enemy if this continued. It would be a nice change, as much as Snakeheart didnt mind their cold war he didnt dislike either cat and if they could get along it'd be a sort of return to the good old days. The days where the medicine cats (bar Frostpaw of course) all got along for the most part and happily supported eachother when needed. The tom wouldnt mind that (and continuing to exclude the thunderclan cats) for all that he was terrible at remaining neutral about clan conflicts he could possibly deal with remaining neutral with two cats. Only time would tell though Peachfrosts mind could change in an instant.
The toms ears perked up at the news of the windclan molly being willing to share and offered a tired and crooked grin at that.
"You do? Having some more would help me a lot and Im willing to trade for it. Riverclan is flush with prey as always and from the sounds of it Dawnstars attempting to steal all of yours at the moment. I can gather a hunting patrol to gather some prey for you and meet on the border for an exchange if youre up for it?" Really the large maine coon was a decent cat in Snakehearts mind though she didnt get a chance to reply to his offer before the announcements really kicked off and that stole everyones focus. Gatherings seemed to be shorter and shorter every time they occurred and the other medicine cats would really only be able to make one more reply before they had to go racing off to accompany their clan. Snakeheart didnt, he lived here seastones were riverclan land and he could take his time so he'd linger until everyone was gone before going back, waving everyone off as they left. Yes gatherings were so short.
