All they could think about is the fact that he mistook that warrior as his dad that one time... HOW DID HE MESS UP THAT BAD? Even now, without a mask, and no one in sight, Patchkit wanted to curl up and hide in a hole forever because that was so embarrassing. He is 5 moons, and he is almost an apprentice! And he made a kit mistake and thought Sunnypurr was some sort of dead cat walking after a dream. Awful awful awful. The kit quickly left though they never even really made it past the threshold into the warrior's den while on their exploring session.
