Rabbitfoot rolled his eyes at Scorpionsight, but his disposition remained friendly to the she-cat. ”Who knows? Maybe they want to leave that cowardly Clan and join a real Clan.” He sneered in response. ”We don’t need their scent stinking up our camp though.” The tom meowed with a firm nod. Of course they’d rather be WindClan- who would willingly choose to be a ThunderClan cat? He snickered quietly to himself. ”C’mon, pretty lady.” He purred, stepping close to Scorpionsight’s side and gently wrapping his tail around her shoulders as he tried to guide her forward. ”I’ll catch us a nice juice rabbit we can share.” He offered, his eyes warm. He may be a bit…conceited, but he wasn’t afraid to show his intentions towards Scorpionsight. Even if she was a former kittypet, which he would normally hate. ”Just sit back and relax and I’ll do the work for you.”

He glanced at Scorpionsight, a frown dappling his face. "No, no. Don't need a pretty thing like you getting her paws dirty when I can." His mew dripped with overconfidence. "Just sit back and watch a real hunter at work." He purred, flexing his shoulders as he prepared to scent the air.

Huh...that was strange. No scent. "Let's maybe try a bit closer to camp. The stench of ThunderClan so close must have scared them off." He scoffed, once again attempting to guide her towards the territory.

Though the sun bakes down on Windclans territory and the day is dry and hot there is no fire to be found here. Various scents float to you on the wind but overall the area is quiet and clear. The danger is elsewhere.

[‘Sorry’ assigned spotter (and you better be them if youre reacting to this post), there is no fire here. Boring but sure to be a relief!]

THe queen ran again, hardly taking a stop oh Starclan was she out of shape. As she stopped into Thundergale her lungs burned as her nose smelled different scents but none of smoke the queen collapsed on the dry ground resting for a while before getting again and running back.

It was a decent day for a bit of hunting. Mothflame had decided against going with just one warrior and decided to take the Medicine Cat Apprentice along. Stopping her trek across the grassy field, she turned to Hollowpaw.

"Ever been here?" She asked. It would make a good learning opportunity if he hadn't. If he had... Then that was fine. She then looked to Snakefang, then back at Hollowpaw, and back at Snakefang again. "We need all the prey we can get. Let's get goin'."

The invitation to go out hunting had been a surprising one. Hollowpaw still hadn't the chance to test out his skills hunting for anything but herbs despite asking for it, so he practically jumped at the opportunity. Not only that, but it was a chance to learn the territory, too, and maybe if he was lucky, he might spot some herbs to grab along the way. Multitasking and all that fun stuff.

"No, not yet," he answers the warrior's question taking in the surroundings. This was the border with WindClan, and the tree line separating the two territories is obvious, the scent of heather wafts from the moors.

Blueclaw decided to check the border for any signs of burning or any sort of fire hazards. He marked windclan's side of the border in spots where the sent was starting to get stale. He came across a couple of sticks that seemed oddly placed, perhaps they had simply fallen out of a tree? He got worried as he began to trot along the border, he didn't find any signs of a fire so instead he decided to go ahead and hunt a rabbit that had just ran over from the Thunderclan border into windclan's territory.

Roseheart of ThunderClan walked along the border, lost in thought. She was deeply troubled, and there was no one in her clan she could talk to. She sighed heavily. 'What are you doing so close to the border?' a gruff voice demanded. Roseheart turned around to see a sturdy tom glaring at her from the WindClan side of the border. 'I'm just clearing my head.' she apologised.

"'lright. This is our border with WindClan. Really nice to relax and hunt, but not all WindClaners might like us snoopin' around here, you get?" The orange spotted she-cat tasted the air and almsot isntantly noticed a familiar scent in the air. She scanned the meadow, and saw, just as she'd expected, a small thrush. She was quick to drop to the ground, creeping towards it. Once she was close enough, the she-cat pounced, claws digging into the poor feathered creature. She killed it quickly with a swift bite to the neck, and turned to Hollowpaw.

"You know anything about huntin'?" She asked. "I could teach ya a lil' somethin' if ya want."
