Snowbush looked around the area at first before she answered Lightingpaw's question. "Lightingstorm said the mushrooms look brown soft pebble like and tend to be in a humid area so look at areas you'd find moss in" she answered. The large feline was about to return her attention to their surroundings before Flowerpaw finally showed up, a bit late but at, least they joined. "Nice of you to finally join us, our patrol is in charge of looking for Moss and Mushrooms, the latter you can find in the same spots as moss but they are brown and pebble like, oh yeah she also said they got a fleshy trunk" she regarded the latecomer with a nod. Even if she didn't approve of the other being so late at least they bothered to show up at all, she'd rather see a late show up than a no-show at all. "Anymore questions?" her blue eyes looked at the two, she was hoping that was it but wouldn't decline to answer some more from either.

"Ok all go and find moss!" she mewed and ran off to find moss. Then Flowerpaw turned her head. " Again sorry for being late I was carrying the fresh prey I caught back to the fresh kill pile." Then Flowerpaw rushed off to go find some moss. @Kix

Lightningpaw: 9 moons old, He/Him, looks like a 7 moon old Apprentice, No Purrks.

Lightningpaw listened carefully to the Warrior doing his best to soak up all the information for the patrol. Once he did he nodded. "Got it mushrooms that look pebbly and brown with fleshy trunks and moss!" Lightningpaw would recite so the Warrior knew Lightningpaw knew what to look for. As he walked off he looked around continuously in amazement. "I've never been here before our Territory is full of so many beautiful places!" Lightningpaw commented as he padded off to find what was necessary. @Kix @---Bluestar---

Flowerpaw walked over to Lightningpaw. " So you've never been here I have I know the best spot too find mushrooms and the moss. If you want you can fallow me." She mewed as she walked towards the spot she had always gone to get moss.

Snowbush gave a nod toward the actual apprentice and one to the demoted warrior. She didn't go too far though so that she could keep her eye on Flowerpaw like Lightingstorm had suggested. The warrior also wasn't sure why the other got demoted in the first place so she was a bit unsure about letting the other go off alone with a younger cat. The giant fluffy feline overturned a few rocks while she looked for the needed mushrooms. It took her a few minutes but she finally found some worth picking. With some care, she plucked them from the ground and moved on from the spot. She looked up to glance at the other two real quick to make sure they were okay and fine before she returned her attention to the ground. Without any trouble, she managed to catch sight of some moss growing on a nearby tree and carefully scrapped that off to collect it. Snowbush let out a muffled huff when she realized her mouth was full, she wished she could collect some more but she had enough. A soft lash of her tail had her turning around to return back to the meeting spot, waiting for the other two.

Lightningpaw would listen to Flowerpaw and followed her but it wasn't long before Lightningpaw saw some moss himself. He hadn't seen any of those mushrooms but Lightningstorm would surely not be upset with him if he couldn't find something. Lightningpaw after all was still young and trying his best. Lightningpaw would go to scrap some off before trying to grab it in his maw. The orange tabby grimaced at the bitter moldy taste. 'What could Lightningstorm need this for?' Lightningpaw thought not liking the taste and praying to Starclan he wouldn't have to have any in the future. Lightningpaw continued to work diligently trying to get even more he managed to as well!

Flowerpaw walked around a rock and found some mushrooms she picked the 4 that were there when she found a lot of moss. She carried the mushrooms back to the meeting place. " I have to go get the other moss be right back."

Lightningpaw would be continuing to look around for more stuff but unfortunately he just couldn't seem to find anything he eventually relented and came back setting his moss down and sighing. "Too bad I couldn't find more." Lightningpaw would mew disappointed with his small haul in comparison to the others. @Kix @---Bluestar---

That's great to see both cats have at least something with them and not return empty-pawed. It was sometimes disappointing not finding what one was sent out to get but something was better than nothing. "Can you carry all of that back in one go or do you want help?" she shared a look with Flower'paw' before glancing over to Lightingpaw. "It's all good Lightingpaw, sometimes one can't find everything but finding something is better than nothing!" she hoped her smile at them was reassuring.

[ Unless your character has the collector purrk, cats can only carry up to 5 items. ]
