A familiar face, thank Starclan. So that was one down and three to go to make sure everyone was safe and that wasn’t even touching on her family. When Thornsprint appeared beside her, Heathernose nuzzled into him quicker and more eagerly than she ever had before. The battle and fear of his death or injury had made her realize that life was too short to be scared to be close to him and she just wanted to enjoy her life with her mate whether they’d moved quickly or not and whether she was young or not.

“Thank Starclan you’re okay!”

She interrupted him, pressing against him and starting to shake a bit as she thought of all the things that could have happened to him. The tortoiseshell herself was banged up and in pain but she didn’t really care.
