Eaglepaw shot awake in her nest, heart racing and blood roaring through her ears. She twisted around, confusion and terror mingling at the commotion outside. Cats were yelling, they sounded angry--was there another raid?? Eaglepaw lept to her paws and pushed out of the den, blinking against the bright sunlight. But no--there was no raid. There were no foreign cats in her home. Only a blood-slick Dusklion growling at Cobwebpaw and Birdsnow--oh no. Someone was hurt. The scent of blood filled her nostrils. Someone was hurt bad. Eaglepaw rushed to Cobwebpaw's side, staring up at Dusklion with big green eyes. That was until she smelled Fadingsun on the warrior. Eaglepaw gasped. "What happened? Where is Fadingsun??" She whirled to the medicine den, hearing Marigoldleap ordering cats around. "Who hurt him??" Eaglepaw whipped her head towards Dusklion. "Was it you????" She snarled, fur fluffing up along her spine and tail. "Please, Dusklion, tell me it wasn't you." There was no way, right? Dusklion might have been jealous and acting a little serlfish but she wouldn't hurt her brother, surely! The only reason Cobwebpaw and Birdsnow looked as angry as they did was because they were worried for Fadingsun, right?????

Wisteriaheart's fur went up with anger as she heard about how those- those vermin excuses for cats almost MURDERED their beloved deputy! HOW COULD THEY?? Wisteria was not one for anger, she was calm, collected one of most groups- but this just rubbed her fur the wrong way. She felt like hot red death was leaking through her claws as anger pulsed into energy throughout her veins, she wanted to tear up those rats who hurt their deputy. Tear them up and destroy them- but she had to keep a level head. She couldn't just run out into battle for no reason. She needed to think rationally for a moment. She took a deep breath, claws still out, and started to think. After a few moments, her eyes grew narrow and her eyebrows furrowed. Someone dear to her, and dear to many cats in this area, was hurt. The honor of Riverclan had been hurt, and they needed to avenge their honor.

Wisteriaheart's eyes grew menacing and bloodthirsty, when she was truly angry- she couldn't barely control herself. It was like a Darkforest cat possessed her and whispered bad things in her ears, controlling her like a manipulative puppet. Her blue eyes seemed to darken as she tilted her head down a little, she was angry. Whoever did this was a fool, and they didn't know that the cat who they hurt was a cat with lots of friends and family to back them up when they were down. The cat or cats that did this, they were fools. Because sooner or later, they would dead. She could tell that Dusklion and Birdsnow were furious too, they both looked mad as all anything. The only few words Wisteria could mutter without running off (which was taking all her will power), was a simple, short sentence.

Her eyes narrowed a bit more, brow furrowed and casting shadows on her snout and under eyes like in a horror movie. ``We need a patrol`` She growled, looking furious ``Stat``

Teardrop saw Duststorm's familiar pelt and sat beside her, waiting to see if she had anything to say to him.

Duststorm sat, wondering if now was a good time yet to go to the Leader's Den.

Well there were two pelts she hadn't seen in some time. Blue eyes narrowing, the head Lionheart got to her paws and stalked over to the two cats, stifling the low growl that rumbled in her chest. "Care to explain where you two have been for the last half-moon?" she snapped with a chipped tone, in no mood to be fed any mouse-dung. If warriors thought they could disappear and then return without any cat batting an eye, they were sorely mistaken.

[ both teardrop's and duststorm's last posts before this were on march 6th and march 12th respectively, meaning they were considered missing prior to this post! as such, dusklion is confronting them. if you've bought or plan to buy prison escape for them both, let me know and i will delete this post! ]

cobwebpaw's jaw dropped softly and she flinched back, reeling with tears welling in her eyes. oh crap, crying was not the thing to be doing right now- why the hell was she being so stupid?

birdsnow and dusklion's words hitting her like slaps in the face, breathlessly cobwebpaw stumbled backwards, turning towards the camp exit. the tears forced themself to her eyes and she swallowed, managing to make it just outside of the clearing, pressing herself to a tree a small distance away.

shoulders shook as cobwebpaw sobbed, curling herself up into a small ball and burying her head in her paws. ' jus.. want'd.. t' help.. didn't w-want t' sc-screw it up.. ' she whimpered to herself, trying to calm down and failing.

oh starclan, she was such a screw up, inserting herself like that and trying to boss around dusk.. not dusk. dusklion. cobwebpaw didn't deserve to call dusklion a nickname like that. she was only an apprentice, after all. with another choking sob, she stumbled to her paws. she had to apologize, had to do something..

morning, the sun had crept over the horizon hours ago, melted away the fine dusting of morning dew and warmed up the earth beneath jayfrosts paws. he sighed, lithe form slipping out of the den and into the brightly lit clearing, his back ached, a reminder of bumblestar and the other thunderclan warrior he fought? or simply the result of semi constant bedrest since the raid? he didnt know but it didnt matter.
if he were to ignore his aching back and numb foreleg he could even call himself lucky, as he had somehow managed to catch garlicfeather not only free of any duties but also not socialising with anyone else. jayfrost had limped over, announced his presence with a quiet "hi" and settled to let the sun shine on his striped pelt in close proximity to garlicfeather.

Duststorm flattened her ears and shared a glance with Teardrop who stepped in front of her.
"The meeting was taking so long I thought it'd be fine to have a walk to get some free air. What do you know but a fox kindly ran us halfway across the territory-, Duststorm being spooked as she gets-, ended up crossing a thunderpath and don't even ask about all the twolegs that were grabbing at us! It took ages for me to get her to go back over! If you're wanting to add to the list- FORGET IT!"

Teardrop panted and Duststorm leaned over to get a word in.
"It's not his fault... He was just trying to get me to cheer up! It went rather rotten, but I took so long to get over that path again."

Teardrop rolled his eyes and turned back to her.
"I suggested the walk!"
"I was the one feeling down!"
The two delved into bickering about blame, becoming gradually less aware of the third cat present.

(I never got notified but uhh, I'll cook something up lol, oops-, do you happen to know if Duststorm still needs to visit the leader's den too ?)

Oh dear stars above. Eyes flickering between the two as they dove nose first into a bickering contest, Dusklion felt her annoyance reaching a boiling point. The fox thing she'd note for later, perhaps speaking to Birds about sending a scouting patrol. It seemed their territory was overrun with them lately, and it made her wonder if there was some sort of den collective nearby the territory.

"Oh, will you two shut it!?" Her bark came out loud as she lashed her tail once, clearly disappointed as she looked between the two of them. "Both of you, we're going to Birds' den. Now. You're gonna explain this to her, 'n I'll let her decide what to do with you lot. Now come on." Whipping around, the dark tabby began to stalk off towards the leader's den. She knew she had the power to temporarily demote and/or exile as she saw fit to do so, but she wanted to get it right; so why not bring her first case to Birds?

[ @RoboPrism the sweep just got done! because of this, while they were missing from 3/15 - 4/1, they did all have posts on 4/2, which is why there wasn't a notification and it's being handled IC; i definitely do apologize about the delay in notification i'll have dusk take them both to birdsnow's den so they can explain themselves, and then leave it up to poppy since she's riverclan's high rank! two birds with one stone! ]

GarlicFeather was sitting around in the clearing, just there.There wasn’t much more to say about what he felt then just that, he had this really weird feeling that something was off like he was in some hazy dream and any second he’d just- wake up. Which most likely meant that today was one of those days he felt extremely easy to annoy, not even the thought of rock collecting could comfort him because it reminded him of the pretty rock he got dandelion, going out hunting? Dandelion. Blegh. He did not like having his thoughts be taken up like this but knowing he’d never really see her face and then remembering her face was one of the worst experiences he deals with when he wakes up. What other things could he think of? Riverclan is doing well. It’s all peachy, sunshine quite literally but he’d kill for some rainbow to tiptoe onto that stardamned sky. It felt a little funny to be the grumpy pessimist for the first time in a while, actually now he recalled it he really should have learned to move on fast and swift when it came to death of his beloved’s over and over. Blinking himself out of said hazy dream when a quiet hi reached his ears, he felt relieved that JayFrost had come over here, ah at last someone he trusted and distraction from all these non-rock related thoughts! Speaking of rocks, he really should work on finding some more pretty ones to fill the pretty rock crystal shaped hole in his nest. It was embarrassing that his thoughts circled past more then present, briefly rising to stretch out and once more sit back down he finally gave a chirpy little. ‘Heya!’ to JayFrost, and a quick rise and fall of a smile. ‘How wasss,’ GarlicFeather tried to think of something to say, stars above get a grip on reality! He took a lingering moment to try anchor himself down, back to the rock stuff and thinking about how cool he was. Yeah. He was so cool. Uh, less egotistical next time but anchored enough! ‘How was your rest? And are your injuries gettin’ any better?’ unfortunately he had to actually pay attention to injuries now because of how aggravating his own untreated bites were, all the scratching was definitely not helping and just- the thought made GarlicFeather want to scratch the injuries more if anything.

(I got a bit confused how to start it so i did a whole thing but anyhow, here’s a reply!)
