Scars had become a normal thing to her, like patterns on a pelt. Oh? WOW! Lots of warriors would wanna be FRIENDS with HER? WOWEE! But her explorations had taken a whole lot of time and the fluffball was much too focused on knowing the camp better than every other cat EVER! To focus on friends. That was a surprise to herself, as it was super hard for her to stay focused on one task for long. But somehow Owlkit had managed it. Somehow.

"Also gonna show how to climb!! Trees!! I learned that when I was little! Mama showed me! Am Suuuper good't it." She boasted, finding a new topic. "I'm gonna be the best warrior! Gon' climb better than Thundercl'n! Heard they climb lots, but I'm gonna climb better! They're stinky!" As though proving her point, a sneeze exploded out of her, causing the cinnamon molly to nearly tumble backwards in surprise. Allergies often plagued her at this time of year, and her sneezes came at the seemingly worst times. But she didn't let that stop her from bouncing around like a rabbit on cat mint. That was a peculiar thought. What did rabbits do when they ate catmint? Nope, stop thinking bout that! Back to her old topics! "Gon be such good warrior I'll be dep'ty but not leader cause you're leader and I like you lots."

Oh, so she had made a friend, a she-cat from the sounds of it. Didn't know the name from the sounds of it though. And Robinsnow. She hasn't seen the warrior since she was brought into the clan, but little news with clan-swappers, was better than more. She was intrigued that Robinsnow had shared such information with the kit. It didn't seem like Owlkit fully understood why RiverClan was in time-out. Twilightstar preferred that she didn't anyway. Owlkit was in her purest time of life, seemingly untainted by the harsh reality. Twilightstar would prefer that kits stay naive and innocent before their lives get filled with drama, war, and death that come with clan life.

"Climb? You sound like a little squirrel. That's quite an interesting skill, not many of the cats in WindClan know how to climb." Twilightstar told her, laughing at her mockery of ThunderClan. "WindClan doesn't have a lot of trees, besides this one and one in the territory. We prefer running over climbing, so I'm sure you'll be the best climber in the clan." She encouraged the kit. Twilightstar wasn't fond of climbing in the slightest and didn't see a need for it around here, but if Owlkit wanted to climb she wouldn't tell her no. Let her enjoy what little freedom she had before she started her training.

Twilightstar ears twitched erratically as Owlkit suddenly sneezed. It was a big one too. The scarred feline stared at the kit with concern and leaned in to give her some curious sniffs while she bounced back and continued talking.

"And what a great deputy you would be, WindClan would be honored to have you." She trilled, used to indulging in kit dreams of grandeur. They all seemed to want to be leaders, deputies, or medicine cats without realizing all the work and the decisions that came with it, but again no need to stomp on kittens' dreams.

"You don't smell sick,"Twilightstar said once she finished sniffing the kit. "Do you sneeze often around this time of the season?" She had a deputy who often sneezed around this time as well. Coyotesnarl was a mean furball, but his sneezes certainly made him appear less menacing.

The she-cat looked to the mouth of her den after the warrior called her name. She nodded her head both in greeting and confirmation for him to speak. "A body that did not smell of WindClan and was apprentice age?" She found herself a bit alarmed at this.

"Where in the territory do you find the body, did you just leave it there? Were there any scents of predators or other cats in the area? Can you tell me their appearance, fur color, significant scarring, or anything similar?" Twilightstar asked,

A little squirrel? Owlkit couldn't suppress a giggling storm. Owlkit the squirrel! But Owlkit's giggles 3rupted into an Itty bitty sneeze, made her giggle harder.. The scatteredbrained fluffball known as Aubs puffed out her chest proudly, laughter pausing abruptly. She would make a good deputy? Wowee! Her tail fluffed in excitement. Owlkit was about to talk again, blabbering about something that she forgot almost immediately, but then Bigcat gave her a sniff. Or two or three. She wrinkled her nose in response of her question, thinking hard. "Have nev' been live round this time. But only been sneeze round flow'rs n plant." She chirruped to Twilightstar, but then moved on with her conversation. "D'you wanna play hide n sneak? Seek?" the tortoiseshell's eye were bright and excited,, but another sneeze made her erupt into purring giggles.

Thrushfreckle tentatively made the climb up to Twilightstar's den, making sure he didn't lose his balance. The newly made tripod flicked his good ear before starting. "I would like to become a tunneler. I know there are way too many tunneler apprentices, but only 2 tunnelers. I'd like to help. And like Vixenpaw, I only have 3 legs. If you and Dustbunny are okay with me mentoring him, I'd be glad to. Funnily enough, he'd probably end up teaching me." he added with a wry twist to his mouth. He never thought he'd be taught by a kit- well, an apprentice. But a newly made one at that. "Oh, and if you're not okay with that, I can help take the load of any apprentice off Dustbunny and Crowtooth." He wasn't sure if being a mentor was something he'd be good at, but he sure as hell would try.

Someone was going to have a lively time training Owlkit. A sheepish grin grew on the leader's maw as the kit pointed out her youth. She made a very good point, how was the kit supposed to know if she sneezed around this time if she wasn't even thought last greenleaf. Still, it sounded like she had allergies like Coyotesnarl since she was touchy about flowers and plants.

The subject was chained to a game. Twilightstar didn't play not even as a kit, she had been far too lazy in her kitten years. She guessed one was never too old to play a game. "Would you like to gather some of the other kits and queens and we can all play together?" She asked. It's been a while since there's been a kit-oriented event. She could also gather some of the kits and see what they wanted to play.

Twilightstar locked her gaze on the tom as he entered her den. Thrushfreckle. She knew he had been hurt pretty badly in the fight with RiverClan and had been healing since, but she'd been meaning to talk to him once he was well enough, now seemed to be a good time. But before they got into what she wanted to talk about; she listened to him. A mild scowl formed on her maw as he spoke.

"If you want to be a tunneler, you'll need to speak to Crowtooth or Dustbunny and see if either has the time to train you. Both have their paws quite busy training cats as it is." Twilightstar informed him.

"As for mentoring Vixenpaw, I appreciate the offer, but I see no reason to reassign him when he requested a tunneler to train him. Not to mention you've only just recently lost your leg, learning how to adjust, how to hunt, how to fight, and so on will take time. I think you should focus on that before jumping into new things like tunneling." Twilightstar had a hard time following Thrushfreckle's logic.

If he had been born with a missing limb or it was something he'd dealt with for most of his life, she might have rethought about having him aid with training. However, he just lost his leg and suddenly believes he can train a three-legged apprentice because they were in similar positions. He should get used to his new disabilities before offering something like that.

"You have not even started your tunneling training, I don't feel comfortable relying on you to train other tunneler apprentices without Crowtooth or Dustbunny's approval." He was really getting ahead of himself here. Perhaps this headstrongness of his is what had him disobeying direct orders.

"Before we get into any more talk about tunneling and reassignment, we need to discuss your behavior during the fight with RiverClan. I told the entire clan not to touch RiverClan's medicine cats. Yet you deliberately went after Berrypaw and attacked her. I can't even be upset with the retaliation inflicted upon you. I'm certain I said I would exile whoever attacked their medicine cats." Twilightstar had little to no patience for cats and their antics these days. She didn't need cats who couldn't follow simple orders.

He dipped his head. "Apologies for getting ahead of myself." he said. He listened as the leader began to talk about the raid and him attacking Berrypaw. "I understand not being upset. I'm not even angry at Stagheart. In all honesty, I respect him. He defended her from something I shouldn't have done. And if you see fit, I wouldn't blame you exiling me. I deserve it, honestly. I basically broke 2 of the most important rules you set down. While Rootpaw wasn't a kit, she was freshly apprenticed by the look of her. Truthfully, I was a bit delirious from blood loss after my face was mauled- not that I blame Stagheart for doing it- so I thought she was bigger then she was. I think I may have broken one of her ribs." he finished. The tripod gave a heavy sigh, adjusting himself to be more comfortable.

She walked into the leaders den, trying not to step on anything that she
can mess up. she liked everything to be perfect! "Hey miss! um I can
finally get out of the nursery now! I just have a thing to tell you, I d-dont
know what it is, but I just start shaking sometimes, it makes me feel like
my heart is going to explode, am I ok? I'm sorry to bother you! Should i
go to the medicine cats den? By the way, I like ur den! it's pretty!" the kit
said as she sat there looking around at everything.

Watertail limped into the den. "Twlightstar?" The senior warrior rasped. The bandage on his torn ear showing in the dim-ish light. Waiting for his leader to notice him. The elder sat, his old bones not able to hold him up as much as they used to. He'd avenged his mate and kits. Orangepaw had died and he needed to tell his leader...... as well as his personal desires.
