People have there own preferences. Some may prefer to use the forum chatbox rather than an instant messaging one.

itll go right above the allegiances in a small box form. you can create a username and password for it (must be your username on wco) and is a small instant messaging forum. it makes things easier to set up between roleplayers and makes the site interactive as a whole.
