Moontail glowered at the cats who returned, clawed up, bleeding. Some weren't there, like she predicted. What was that leader thinking when dragging apprentices all the way into RiverClan's camp?
She whisked her tail, nearly beginning to tremble with all of her rage. Shooting to her paws she snarled. "Now tell me what you accomplished! What was it for? What did they die for?!"
Her blue eyes hosted slits as the long fur on her back stood tall, her tail bristled in anger.

Lightningpaw was not a part of the battling but she could understand the sentiment. She tried to convince her mentor to not to go off and do this but yet they did anyways. Though she wasn't going to let a cat under house arrest see she agreed with her on anything.
"Tch, I would shut your trap before Bumblestar decides that you are better off staying in the nursery alone for several moons." Lightningpaw sneered as she walked up to Moontail. Now this is a cat she would love to be able to throw paws at..

"And why would your glorious leader do that over a few questions?" She lifted her chin at the lackey of Bumblestar. Another senseless follower... How she would love to draw a sheathed paw across the youth's face. Unfortunately, the branch of trouble she stood on was already thin enough.
She was counting on everycat's common sense to keep her afloat as usual. No matter how they looked at it, her words weren't harmful in anyway. Her questions were reasonable.
Why could they never answer them?

Lightningpaw let out a few snickers at this. "Because you are already in deep trouble and I don't really think my mentor is in the mood right now. Honestly holding your lips is a skill you need to learn... And you need to learn it quick." Lightningpaw didn't care if this seemed to come across as a threat. If a cat was so narrow minded to see this as a threat then that was their problem. She was saving this cat's pelt.
She glanced over to the injured cats for a moment and held her disappointed look with an apathetic look in her eyes.

"And so you agree with punishing thinking? RiverClan's silence is no reason for a murder spree for either side. Imagine if they were merely thinking about living." Her eyes flashed in loathing. "You are quick to be satisfied that cats like ourselves won't be doing that-, living anymore. Even when it's our comrades, you can only justify their worthless sacrifices with non-existent reasons."
